Bathing area can also be found close to the cabin. Car road all the way to the cabin during summer time. In winter time it is about 3 km from parking to the cabin. The cabin has a modern standard and can offer a quiet atmosphere with Skogshorn as a view, large and nice terrace outside and fire pit. You can take a lovely bath in the bathtub, fire in the fireplace or take a quiet relaxing day with a book in bed. There are many hiking opportunities at Golsfjellet both winter and summer, ski slopes and nice bike paths. It takes about 25 minutes to Hemsedal with Norway's largest alpine resort, restaurants and High and Low climbing park. The nearest grocery store is Joker Robru about 10 minutes from the cabin.

Hiking - and fishing terrain easily accessible; a large network of ski slopes, bikes - and hiking trails. It is only 6 km up to the high mountain in Skarvheimen where you see Reineskarvet and Hallingkarvet. The cabin is by itself and it goes all the way.
