Outstanding spot in Tunis! better than the photos in the Ad. Authentic flat with lots of natural light. in the heart of Sidi Bousaid. Nabil was available all the time. Worth what you pay for. I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

L’appartement était super bien placé collé au palais présidentiel donc très bien sécurisé. l’appartement est comme sur les photos avec tous les équipements et une belle vue mer ! Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement Amir pour son accueil et son accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour. Il a fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et d’un sens du service exceptionnel — il est rare de rencontrer quelqu’un d’aussi serviable. Véritable conseiller et guide, il nous a aidés à découvrir la Tunisie dans les meilleures conditions. Toujours disponible, il répond à toute heure dès qu’on a besoin de lui. Lorsque notre vol a été retardé, il nous a même permis de rester plus longtemps dans le logement, avec une grande bienveillance. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, grâce à lui et à son appartement, lumineux, agréable et très bien situé. Encore un immense merci pour tout, Amir ! Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés à 100 %.

Dommage de n’avoir échangé que par message. Nous avons regretté l’absence de bouilloire électrique et de torchons. Nous l’avons signalé mais sans succès. Il manque au moins une chaise dans chaque chambre pour pouvoir poser ses affaires . Sinon c’était très bien

If I could give Dorra 10 stars, I would! I came to Tunis for my birthday from USA 🇺🇸 and Dorra and her amazing team welcomed me with open arms! The stay was absolutely amazing!! The location is convenient and close to the beach, one of many malls, and a plethora of restaurants. It was very relieving to know that I would end my day at this wonderful home. When I come back I will stay here without question. Thank you Dorra! 🤟🏽🫶🏽

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Beaucoup de charme pour cette vaste maison au pied de la plage , une atmosphère de vacances et de tranquillité vous y attend . Très jolie décoration, grandes chambres , climatisation, wifi/fibre et TV parfaitement fonctionnels et beaucoup d’équipements pour un confort complet ! Jolis petits jardins qui entourent la maison m, habités par deux petites tortues . Deux terrasses très agréables avec vue mer exceptionnelle notamment le roof top pour des moments chill et apéro au sunset. Et que dire de l’accueil d’Ayed et de Ramla , tous deux vraiment sympathiques, réactifs, accommodants et de très bons conseils tout au long du séjour, et plein de petites attentions pour vous accueillir au mieux . Aucune hésitation : hospitalité et détente assurées ! Un grand merci à vous deux !

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Khansa war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! 😊

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

I had a great stay! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and inviting. Dodi was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed — and the amenities provided made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Il était propre et bien entretenu. Les personnes responsables étaient très serviables et disponibles. J'ai passé un excellent séjour et j'ai l'intention de revenir prochainement.

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Un apartament spatios, curat aflat intr-o zona linistita, aproape de plaja si de prncipalele puncte de atractie din La Marsa. Hamdi a fost o gazda excelenta, usor de contactat si mereu de ajutor. Sper sa ma mai intor aici!

Appartement bien agencé, équipe, situé et reposant. Excellent choix, à retenir pour un prochain séjour à Tunis.

La casa di Hakim è molto spaziosa e pulita. Ampie porte e finestre consentono una bella e ariosa vista verso il mare. La posizione è ottima sia per le spiagge più belle (pochi minuti a piedi) che per il centro di Kelibia (una mezz'ora a piedi oppure 2 dinari a testa in taxi). Hakim è stato sempre molto disponibile ad aiutarci in ogni nostra richiesta. Soluzione consigliata!

Io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate molto bene, rapporto qualità-prezzo incredibile. L’appartamento è perfetto per 4 persone, pulito e accogliente. La terrazza sicuramente dà un tocco in più, molto piacevole cenarci la sera. C’è anche la lavatrice. Marwen è stato molto disponibile ad accoglierci e a farci trovare l’appartamento pronto, ci ha consigliato dove andare a mangiare ed è stato molto gentile a farci fare il check out oltre all’ora indicata. La posizione è comoda per visitare i dintorni. Consigliato!

Bilel est un hôte en or. Il m’a réservé un très bon accueil et on a communiqué durant le séjour quand j’avais qqch a lui demander concernant l’appartement ou l’endroit pour garer la voiture. L’appartement est idéalement situé avec Sidi Bou Said et la Marsa corniche a proximité et l’endroit est totalement calme le soir. C est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer le soir venu. Recommandé à 100%
