Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Akumal

We had a lovely stay. Condo was perfect and exactly as explained. Bring some laundry detergent with you. Only downside was it wasn’t walkable to anything so you have to have a car but we knew this in advance. Akumal is 5 min away and Tulum is 20-40 depending on where you want to go. Lilian was super responsive and helpful.

First let me say how beautiful this place was! It looked like the pictures if not better. The private rooftop pool was a treat! We got in the pool daily. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. We had a couple issues that Rachel and her team solved quickly and efficiently. We truly enjoyed our stay and any time we come back to the area we will stay at one of Rachel’s spots.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us, quiet, roomy, with access to both pool and beach. We loved the pool by the beach!! The building complex is great, although the walk to the unit is somewhat long especially when carrying luggage or groceries! We had a car so getting to restaurants and grocery options was easy. Tulum is not far, appx a 20 min drive where there are lots of restaurants and 2 large grocery stores. I would not recommend staying here without a car. Shana and her co-hosts are great, very responsive and friendly, as are the security folks at the entrance. We recommend this location without hesitation and would definitely return if ever back to Akumal.

Fanny was so wonderful, she was kind and helpful and replied immediately to all of our messages. The place was beautiful, we wished we would’ve stayed for our entire trip instead of just a few days. We had the best time. She had wonderful amenities like water and face sunscreen for us and an incredible concierge to guide us through all our needs. We LOVED the pool and how private it felt and the remote controlled blinds allowed us to wake up to the sunshine when we wanted to. We had massages on the patio and every amenity we could need. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The main bathroom and the window that opens to the pool were my favorite parts. THANK YOU to Fanny and Lucas! Highly recommend.

the accommodation is luxurious for the price there's nothing missing we love cooking while traveling and everything was there even plastic dishes, paper towels and plastic bags If you like snorkeling, the lagoon on the site is definitely wonderful. Don't pay for nothing by going elsewhere. even if getting there is a little difficult, it's worth it Carolyn and Tianna gave super helpful and quick advice by car you have a wide range of activities to choose from from the balcony we saw coatis For the beach, you should know that there are a lot of waves and we were there during the Sargassum period so the part where we could have enjoyed the beach was not very interesting. The shallow rooftop pool has a beautiful view and allowed us to have very relaxing afternoons.

The place is just as described, it is very easy to access and easy to communicate with different places, ideal if you have a car since you can park it. The place is very clean, quiet and the bed is super comfortable. I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic location. This is an extremely special place, the apartment is fabulously equipped and the terrace is simply superb. Shops and restaurants are nearby and everyone we met was so friendly.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Armando and Andrea are amazing caretakers and are very attentive. The views were stunning, it was incredibly spacious, in a great location, and walkable to many restaurants and the beach. We fit two families there very comfortably. The children had a blast and so did the adults. We’ll book this place again for sure.

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

We had a magical week at Adolfo’s place with our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The location is spectacular and the kids loved being able to play on the beach and jump in the pool. Early risers will love the sunrise view from the beach. The location itself is an amazing jumping off point to enjoy Akumal (great taco spots in town!), Tulum, and local cenotes and eco parks. We were a bit anxious about not having AC in the main living area but the breeze was beautiful and it allowed us to really embrace indoor/outdoor living. The caretaking staff are wonderful and very helpful - they helped us arrange for massages at the house and kept the property meticulously clean. We also took advantage of Chef Carlos’s services and are so happy we did. The house itself is very comfortable. Showing its age in places but we appreciated it being un-fussy - especially with young kids. The kitchen is well-appointed with dishes but you’ll need to bring your own basic cooking supplies.

If you are able to book this incredible location, DO IT! Perfect location, beautiful outdoor space, wonderful interior design, EXACTLY what we needed for a relaxing and refreshing vacation. Mirko is a tremendous host! His recommendations were SO incredibly valuable and spot-on! We were so relieved to have such wonderful suggestions for activities and restaurants; not having to spend time researching on where to eat and what to do was PRICELESS. We can't thank Mirko enough!

What a great time! Tanya was an excellent host and gave instructions and recommendations for everything we needed. The casita was adorable and the pool area was so relaxing. Tanya furnished groceries and the cupboards contained many basics presumably left from other guests: extra sunscreen, sunhats, vegetable oil, shower supplies, etc. All-in-all we had a fantastic trip! No regrets

Great house with amazing views and beach access. Cecilia was so helpful answering questions and making recommendations. Rosie kept the house spotless. We had chefs come in (Daniella and Flor) who made us so many great meals. We walked to town a few times with our kids, which was fun. The only bummer was the amount of sea grass on the beach, but that’s a seasonal thing. Luckily there are plenty of places to go to adventure off to. Overall it was a great place to stay and enjoy.

Amazing, beautiful, peaceful. Everything you could desire from a beach vacation home and more. Guillermo is amazing and helpful with any requests. Snorkeling is steps away from the property with clear blue waters filled with tropical fish, sting rays, even barracudas! We loved snorkeling just past the pier. We loved getting to cook all of our own meals with quick trips to town for Cheap groceries at both the mega mart and chedraui. We rented a car for the whole trip, but there were taxis everywhere. Renting a boat to snorkeling the reef is a Must. We have found a home away from home here. I've never experienced a property with this kind of hospitality and serenity before.

The condo was amazing! The gated neighborhood was beautiful, and we felt safe. It was nice to have pickleball equipment and snorkel gear at the condo for us to use! The communication with Wendy was great! The view was amazing, would definitely stay again!

We had an awesome vacation at Yvonne's place. The location is very private and quiet. The rooftop deck was a great plus, not to mention the building deck with a view of the ocean and plunge pool. You definitely need a car, but we were familiar with the area, so that wasn't an issue. Nice walk to Akumal Beach, though more crowded over there. We liked the seclusion and peace of Yvonne's place. Close to everything, but far enough away to truly relax. Highly recommend the spa at Tao Wellness, which is 5 min away. It's a little challenging to contact them since they don't have a web page, but you'll find them on IG. Worth the effort. Yvonne's place is great!

Amazing location! Beachfront and in an exclusive private beach. The bay waters are very calm so perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The unit is beautifully decorated and it’s very well equipped. The plunge pool in the large balcony overlooking the turquoise ocean was a great way to cool off without leaving the room. And the rooftops? Wow! The gym that overlooks the jungle and on the other side, a second large rooftop deck with a roof pool where you can see the most amazing sunsets, with ocean views of the entire bay. BBQ grill and pizza oven on the deck as well. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes on the main road, from Tulum town and the hotels beach area, away from the noise but a fast and easy ride to go enjoy a night in the town. The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and we look forward to coming back to this paradise!

This place was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor living area and rooftop pool were our favorite parts. Tons of space and we were able to walk to the market and restaurants nearby. Loved it!

Great stay for my wife, our 2 year old and I. Beautiful condo inside a secured area which was nice for peace of mind. Great local recommendations for beaches and other sights in Playa del Carmen. Playacar wasn't as accessible as we were hoping, all of the closest beaches are private and not reachable but with a little effort there are public beaches which are excellent 15 minutes away. The condo was kid friendly and had a well stocked kitchen with all the necessities for cooking. Community pool and kid area are well kept and great for kids.

This place was amazing. The host helped with reservations for restaraunts, assisted with transportaion, and welcomed us upon arrival. The place was amazing and so relaxing that we didnt get to enjoy the pool. It was within walking distance to local stores and eateries.

Perfect stay, I have stayed in this building before, and it never disappoints. The place was spotless, check in and check out was very easy. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and the decor is gorgeous.
