House in beautiful Laxviken in Jämtland, 80 km northwest of Östersund. The house is on a small farm with grazing cows around the corner. In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Right next to the beach of Storsjön is Östersund's most central beach plot Villa Alpnäs. Cozy loft apartment with private entrance in a quiet location on Frösön. Well-equipped kitchen, sleeping alcove, wood-burning stove, access to private beach, kayak, bicycles and fishing opportunities. Cross-country skiing, Northern Lights in winter, rich wildlife near the forest. Very close to Frösöberget's climbing wall and lookout over beautiful Östersund. 15 min walking distance to the city center, you pass Frösön marina, playgrounds and surf bay.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Swim in the pool, fish in the river or water, go hiking in untouched nature or just relax in silence without neighbors. Here you can be on your own and disconnect. We don't have electricity on the seats, but we do have gas heating on the water and a gas stove in the kitchen. In winter, there is no road to the cabin, but we can transport you in by snowmobile. Feel free to ask us before you book. Water in the sanitation and hot tub is off in winter.

In the middle of beautiful Jämtland you will find this cozy cottage in a beautiful landscape. This cottage of about 50 sqm has what you can wish for and need for a time vacation or relaxation. Light a fire in the lovely fireplace and set up a fun game. The surroundings offer skis both downhill and length, hiking and snowmobile opportunities. Only 5 km away you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country tracks. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views as well as bird towers are nearby.

Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. At the foot of Åreskutan at Huså, you can now stay in our Arctic Dome. Here you can enjoy the view of Kallsjön and Åreskutan. Here you can easily be on your own, but still be close to the ski slope or Åre. Our guests can use the farm's shower and sauna if desired and for a fee. This is agreed with the landlord. Breakfast and dinner can be brought to the dome and enjoyed there. You are welcome to visit us in Huså.
