Beautiful view! Marine was very responsive to our requests. We enjoyed the location because it's slightly away from the city center. The beaches and restaurants in this area are fantastic. We would recommend it.

Laetizia is friendly and helpful. She gave us good tips regarding bakery, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is functionally furnished; I have hardly encountered a better furnished apartment on Airbnb. A fairly large sandy beach is right by the sea; you go out the back entrance and you're on the beach. A shower would be desirable. The apartment with private parking is very suitable for people with a car. Without it, it is rather difficult, because public transport is supposed to be unreliable (statement by Laetitia).

Claire’s place is a great beachside studio right across the road is the stunning beach. Its location is walking distance to shops, restaurants, bakery and cafes. Claire is a great host who communicates quickly and clearly and check in was easy. I misunderstood the check in but Claire was extremely accommodating and allowed us to park our car at her place and we came back after a swim at the beach and everything was ready. Thanks for a great stay Claire.

The place was just fantastic and the sea views were exceptional. The amenities are of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with slightly cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. The location is beautiful sea view You need to use the car to go to the beach, everything is nearby. You can go there without so much as a second thought I'll be back, that's for sure. Apart from the neighboring work (which is not dependent on the owners of the property) The amazing view of Ajaccio Bay greatly counterbalances this small negative point The house meets the advertised criteria Host is very easily reachable It is very likely that we will return to this place

Beautiful apartment with magnificent views of the Sanguinaires and the sea Beautiful Moorea beach just a stone's throw away and swimming pool in the building. There's nothing missing from the apartment. It's nice

This is a fantastic location for a small family (or a larger family who can perhaps pitch a tent). A beautiful beach (Plage D’Arone) is very close (2 km by car) with a UNESCO World Heritage site and epic hiking experience (Capo Rosso) on the doorstep as well. Christelle’s outdoor kitchen is well apportioned, and I would advise visitors to take advantage of that (rather then rely on the inconvenience of having to drive to closest villages). This is especially true in the off-season (when the restaurants at Plage D’Arone are closed). In that sense, the property is isolated.

We had a great time with the family in this villa with magnificent sea and mountain views! Good access to the sea on foot. A large swimming pool and everything you need for sunbathing. The rooms are spacious and we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms. Tasteful decoration of the whole house and cooking essentials. A nice basket of goodies greeted us😊. Thanks to our host. We recommend this villa without a second thought. The situation is also an asset.

We absolutely loved our stay and I cannot say enough good things about the house. The views are amazing and it is such a peaceful location. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and dishes. The a/c in all the rooms works very well. I would recommend bringing binoculars because there are lots of birds and it is fun to watch the boats in the cove. Olivia was great…so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Very nice house for a stay with family. Very pleasant to live in and very well located for any activity. Very nice pool for the end of the day despite the proximity to sumptuous beaches. It's nice at the end of the day to bathe in peace when the children are tired. Professional and very friendly contact.

We had a lovely stay at Delphine's apartment. The well-equipped and clean accommodation is in a great location for visiting the city center. The sea view balcony is really nice ☺️

Clean accommodation, as described. Very well placed. On the heights allowing a beautiful view. Walking distance to the center in about fifteen minutes (many steps). To go up a free shuttle (Prefecture / Parking Miséricorde line) drops us off right next to the residence (stop "CAF"). A great location to enjoy the city of Ajaccio and its surroundings.

We had a great time in this apartment in May 2025. Everything was as described, and we were amazed by the beautiful view of the bay of Ajaccio. The apartment is a real cocoon: pleasant, warm and very functional. When we arrived late, the small touches offered by Philippe particularly touched us and testify to a great sense of hospitality. The impeccable bedding allowed us to have restful nights, and although the road below is present, it absolutely did not bother us. We were even able to sleep with the window open, lulled by the sea air. The little extras: the small beach below, ideal for avoiding taking the car, the promenade along the beach allows you to walk to the old town, the covered market and the port. Small shops nearby make the stay even easier. We highly recommend this rental

This place was perfect! It was easy to find, and sparkling clean when we arrived. Sylvie has done an excellent job in making the place usable and it feels like a home away from home. The villa is set back from the beach a kilometer or two and is surrounded by trees giving one privacy, but there are still fabulous views. There is a local beach a few minutes drive away and several little beach restaurants. We didn`t cook, but it appears that the kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!

Studio in a very good location with beautiful sea views, 5 minutes walk from a beach and outside of Ajaccio for more tranquility. Very well equipped place and as described, everything is done for an arrival in complete autonomy with Fabienne's instructions. Recommended!

Perfect apartment for a holiday with a child: a comfortable beach, a playground, close to the center, but the block is calm.

The accommodation is very well located, near the market, Fesch street, the port, restaurants... We arrived late with no problems for the concierge. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. I recommend it without hesitation.
