We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Small wellness oasis with large garden!

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

A fully equipped, newly renovated studio apartment awaits you. Easily and quickly accessible only 3 minutes from highway A7 and 5 minutes from highway A6. Ideal for a stopover on the journey with relaxed hours at the grill and pool. From here you can enjoy your vacation in the immediate vicinity in nature or also breathe pure Middle Ages in Rothenburg ob der Tauber (10 min). Living on an idyllically located former farm on 5000 square meters with a natural garden atmosphere.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 3-room vacation flat (102 square meters) for up to 5 people is located in the heart of the Steigerwood. In the historically forest house the vacation flat is on the ground floor with three large and bright rooms, a kitchen and as a special thing a wooden bathroom with a teak shower. You can expect an upscale equipment. The holiday flat has a garden with seating solutions, a barbecue and if you want a fireplace. We also provides bicycles for adults and kids.

My place is close to Forchheim, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland, and is centrally located to the greater Nuremberg, Erlangen or Bamberg areas. The town of Pinzberg is about 5 km southeast of Forchheim. My property is located on the northern outskirts on the main road. Families with children are welcome, but safety devices for infants (under 3 years) are not available. Shared use of the garden and barbecue are possible. Minimum booking 2 nights.

A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
