we were unable to meet Nicolas but he was always available for our questions. The house is as described, full of charm and very clean. The street allows you to park for free and the house is ideally located. I recommend it!

Exceptional! The place is fantastic ,beautiful and huge garden with direct access to the marsh.Nathalie welcomed us very warmly and is very attentive so that we do not miss anything.Kayak,paddle board and bikes are available to us. The accommodation is very nice , nothing is missing. It feels like home. I would highly recommend it

We only stayed one night because we had a ceremony nearby but it was a good experience. The place is easy to find, clean and has everything we needed. Perfect studio for a night close to Futuroscope. The listing is as described. Clean accommodation and the arcade machine has its little effect for retro-gaming lovers. The bedding is fine and the bathroom is sufficient, the hair dryer is a plus.

I really have nothing to complain about the accommodation, everything is perfect, freshly renovated and very very well-equipped. A lot of care and attention has been paid to renovation, furnishings, and decor. Well done, the result is impressive! The "small studio" concept in a house allows you to enjoy quiet moments in complete autonomy and privacy in your room, but also to share other moments with other hosts in the common areas, around a small cafe, like at home! Guillaume is very responsive, welcoming, available and attentive. A real hospitality pro! I have never been more well received in an AirBnB and I will be back without hesitation with great pleasure! Go for it too, you won't be disappointed!
