Come and rest cool in the countryside in a tranquil setting to enjoy nature. The apartment is 40m². A large room of 30m² with bedroom area, seating area and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Independent entrance and easy and free parking in front of our house. Small studio (18 m2), rated 2 stars, brand new (homestay). Located in the back of my house, its private entrance is on the roadside, through the garden, with a lockbox. Its terrace is independent, so we don't have to cross each other. There's just a connecting door to my living room (locked of course). It is located in a brand new subdivision (the little vineyard) in Niort, Cholette district.
