Come and rest cool in the countryside in a tranquil setting to enjoy nature. The apartment is 40m². A large room of 30m² with bedroom area, seating area and kitchenette. Its terrace is independent, so we don't have to cross each other. There's just a connecting door to my living room (locked of course). It is located in a brand new subdivision (the little vineyard) in Niort, Cholette district.
