We attach importance to the fact that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Cleaning costs for dogs are to be paid on the day of arrival. Damages must be replaced by the dog owner. The house was built in 1964 by our grandparents and was substantially renovated in 2023. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
