Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Das Apartment am See liegt im wunderschönen Ort Kirspenich (Bad Münstereifel). Die Natur fängt hier vor der Haustür an. Das Apartment befindet sich im Tiefparterre unseres Einfamilienhauses in absolut ruhiger Lage. Am Ende des Gartens befindet sich ein kleiner See. Baden und Angeln ist hier leider nicht erlaubt.
