Die Unterkunft liegt in der schönen Voreifelstadt Rheinbach und befindet sich nur 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt von den Weinbergen im Ahrtal, im Dreieck des Freizeitparks "Phantasialand" und der Therme Euskirchen (Fahrtzeit ca. 15 min). Den Bahnhof mit Verbindungen nach Köln und Bonn erreichst Du zu Fuß in ca. 5 min.

Quietly located, newly renovated apartment (non-smoking) with separate entrance area located directly by the forest. The Nettebad with sauna area is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 15 minutes away. From August 2024, a modern tennis court with soccer field and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk away

Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Unsere Aparment Ahr-Flair befindet sich in einem Anbau eines im Jugendstil erbauten Wohnhaus in Stadtnaher Lage von Bad Neuenahr sowie in unmittelbarer Nähe von Ahr, Parkanlagen und Radwegen. Das Apartment wurde 2022 fertig gestellt und durch innovatives Raumdesign und viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Innenhof befindet sich zudem ein überdachter Freisitz.
