Mit dem Auto ist man in einer guten halben Stunde am Nürburgring, an der Ahr, am Ruhrsee oder im Phantasialand Brühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 km Entfernung. Hunde nach Absprache willkommen.

Herzlich willkommen zurück! Glücklicherweise ist unsere Wohnung von der Flutkatastrophe verschont geblieben. Wir haben die letzten Wochen mit zahlreichen Helfern damit verbracht, die Haustechnik zu erneuern. Wir freuen uns also, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Natürlich hat sich im Ahrtal viel verändert und es gibt noch viel zu tun, allerdings sind z.B. die Wanderwege intakt und einem Natururlaub steht nichts im Wege. Hinweis: Zusätzlich ist die Kurtaxe (2,00 € p.N./p.P.) zu zahlen.

Unsere frisch renovierte, große Ferienwohnung ist Teil eines historischen Vierkanthofes. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine große, gemütliche Wohnküche mit toller Aussicht und Kamin, übergehend in ein offenes Wohnzimmer, sowie zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und Kleiderschrank. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Ein Parkplatz und ein eigener, eingezäunter Garten gehört dazu.

Sie ist ideal für Familien oder Wanderer. In 100m Entfernung beginnt ein wunderschöner Buchenwald. Viele schöne Wanderwege und der Elztalradweg sind auch schnell erreicht: z.B. der Monrealer Ritterschlag oder der Hochbermeler... Mayen, der Nürburgring, die Mosel, die Maare sind schnell erreicht.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
