The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Welcome back! Fortunately, our apartment was spared from the flood disaster. We have spent the last few weeks with numerous helpers to renew the building services. We are looking forward to having you back. Of course, a lot has changed in the Ahr valley and there is still a lot to do, but for example the hiking trails are intact and nothing stands in the way of a nature vacation. Note: In addition, the tourist tax (€2.00 per night/per person) must be paid.

In the immediate vicinity there are some restaurants & wine taverns. The apartment (about 40 square meters) on the first floor of the house we live in can accommodate 2 to 3 guests. The ideal apartment for peace seekers, hikers and nature lovers. Cozy apartment separate on the upper floor with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet and fantastic distant views. We share the house entrance, then guests go up to the separate apartment. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. News about the 2021 flood: We are on the mountain and were not affected. All roads in the area are now passable again.

Comfortable holiday home in the heart of old town Ahrweiler. Completly remodeled appartment in a landmarked town house of 1765. The station is just about 5 minutes away. This also apllies to the famous "Rotweinwanderweg". For a fast shopping or a cup of coffee you just have to leave the front door. Free WiFi available. It's a quiet place but right in the middle.

Very nice bright house. Large outdoor space with a pond. Two resting beds and a table with 6 chairs for outside. Quiet location in a residential street cul-de-sac. Depending on the wind direction, the highway must be perceived subliminally. The center can also be reached by foot.

There were four of us at the "Rock and Wine" festival in Bad Neuenahr. The accommodation is very centrally located, easy to reach by elevator, which is very helpful especially with luggage. Parking in the immediate vicinity. Everything very clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The terrace invites you to enjoy your morning coffee or to linger. We will certainly return to the Sonnenberg winery next year for the festival.

We spent a family weekend at Ben's house and were there with 9 adults and a toddler. We felt very comfortable in the house and garden. The evening barbecue and campfire were particularly beautiful.
