The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Bright, beautiful apartment for hiking and nature lovers

Relax and discover in the heart of the Eifel National Park. Hiking on the Eifelsteig or on the Rursee, Vogelsang, Rurseeschifffahrt, renting an e-bike, visiting museums and historic cities such as Monschau. After a short walk to get fresh rolls by the lake and eggs from the neighbor with free-range hens, we always have fresh coffee and considerations for the next exploration tour. In the evening, good restaurants within walking distance offer a great end to the day.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

A cozy modernized former farmhouse on the outskirts. Unfortunately, we are tied to city life and cannot always be in this beautiful area. Countless opportunities for hiking, cycling, sailing, fishing, etc. It is a 20-minute walk to Woffelsbach am Rursee with its great boat trips. Organic farm in the same place. Dogs and children are welcome. On request, more sleeping places may be possible.
