The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Pan Valley, Schwanebeck district, on the city border to Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. A Bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered loungers, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S7 train and bus are a 10-minute walk away, and both take you to the city in 35 minutes.
