The 2-room non-smoking apartment (55 m²), private entrance to the upper floor of our single-family house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels + linen are included. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate neighborhood. From Birkenstein S-Bahn station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

All our apartments are located in Prenzlauer Berg with a beautiful neighborhood, where you can find small boutiques, restaurants, bars and the "Mauerpark".
