From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

The courtyard with seating and a grill and the large garden plot with, among other things, fruit trees and shrubs can also be used. Berlin-Mitte is 30 km away, the A 10 highway connection is about 10 km. Good regional train connection to Berlin-Ostkreuz (travel time approx. 40 minutes) in Werneuchen, 2.5 km away. In the surrounding area you can (cycle) hike and swim in lakes.

A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Take a break! Schlagenthin is a small place to relax and linger. There are many lakes in the area that can be explored by bike or on foot. Should it go to the capital, no problem, the train station is a 10-minute walk away. For small children, Willes world is just the thing. A large playground and many animals can be seen there.🐅🐫🦓 Buckow is not far away, there are cafes , restaurants and an ice cream shop with their own production.

In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
