Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden und können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Direkt angrenzen findet man ein Speiselokal inkl. Biergarten, welches von Do- bis So. geöffnet hat. Ein Frühstück kann vorab als Zusatz gebucht werden. Sie schlafen hier sehr im ländlichen aber nur ca. 10 min vom Autobahnkreuz Deggendorf entfernt.

Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Plattling. The house, as charming as in the pictures, is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Just a few steps away from the river, the house is located in a great location. Last but not least, the host is really reactive and friendly making sure that we enjoyed our stay. We will definitively come back here:) Definitely a great place for kids with several playgrounds and the cats around.

Un hébergement tout simplement magnifique, propre, fait avec beaucoup de goût et des matériaux de grande qualité ! L'endroit est calme, à la campagne, avec beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours. Regula a pensé à tout : thé, café, huile, epices, essuie-tout, savon, shampooing, lessive... vous n'y manquerez de rien ! Regula et Beat nous ont fait déguster de petits pains traditionnels appelés 'Semmel' faits maison, simples et savoureux. Leur accueil et leur gentillesse sont vraiment extraordinaires. Je recommande !

Irina ist eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Wir haben uns in ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir sind mit 9 Personen angereist und hatten das Ferienhaus und das Atelier zusammen angemietet. Vom ersten Moment an waren wir vollkommen begeistert von den beiden Unterkünften, der großartigen Einrichtung, der mehr als kompletten Ausstattung und der einmaligen Lage. Auf Rückfragen haben unsere Gastgeber Heidi und Christian blitzschnell und vor allem zur vollsten Zufriedenheit reagiert. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und wollen sehr gerne auch wieder kommen.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Having access to a washer and dryer was really a bonus too. The apartment was spotless, well maintained and exactly as described. We found the owners to be extremely pleasant and helpful with any questions about the area. The location is on a very quiet and safe street in Deggendorf, which provides free on street parking as well. The unit has a nice fully equipped kitchen and an outside sitting area. All our communication with the hosts was great as well. We experienced a wonderful stay here ! David & Diana Ontario Canada
