Excellent option for staying in Barro Preto, the Greek house of Mrs. Elaine and Mr. José. The photos of the property exactly match those of the listing, even exceeding expectations. Right away, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, who were super attentive and friendly, guiding us through the house and explaining how everything worked. Mrs. Elaine responds promptly to any questions and seeks tips and information from locals if she does not know the answer immediately. All the rooms in the house are quite spacious and well divided, equipped with towels, blankets, household utensils and absolutely everything we need for a comfortable and worry-free stay. It is also worth noting the decoration of the rooms, which is in extremely good taste. Ample outdoor space, including leisure options for children. Complete pool and barbecue deck. Great option for a weekend getaway with family or friends. We'll definitely be back!

Patrícia was extremely attentive from the beginning, sent us all the information we needed, indications of nearby beaches, exact location and remained available and attentive to everything. The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Just to summarize the situation, I have rented several houses in Brazil but I have never seen such a beautiful and well-finished house... it is simply perfect! The space, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, all the bedrooms equipped with their sheets, the bathrooms with their towels and bath products, the pool, the barbecue area, the proximity to the beach. In addition to all these qualities, we must highlight the attention of the owners Flávia and Bram, always available at any time, the relationship ceases to be between the customer and the rental company and becomes simply friendly. This accommodation was one of the best we have ever had. In addition to the space being fantastic , the host Sr Telmo is of an education, of an unparalleled prompt, not to mention the Auxílio da Mr. Auricelia , welcoming , friendly person we were very welcome and we still had a treat , a delicious chocolate cake!! Pleasant accommodation with hospitality. Uruaú is a very quiet place and the location of the accommodation is wonderful, very close to the beach and local shops that are on the same street: there is a pizzeria, ice cream parlor, grocery store, tattoo studio and etc. In addition to the beach, you have the Uruaú Lagoon very close by with a beautiful sunset and great huts.

The house is rustic and is constantly visited by hummingbirds and other birds. We hear the sound of the sea early in the morning when we wake up. The location allows you to enjoy several attractions of the place. If you prefer, you can walk to the beach. I spent a stay with my family at the place and it was satisfactory. I intend to return.

The house is a well located, close to the square, church, commerce, beach, we managed to do everything on foot, the friendly neighborhood, the host always ready to answer our questions and help us. The house is old, spacious, has a garage, it is noticed that it is newly renovated and prepared to meet the needs of those who inhabited it. The kitchen is super equipped, has a wonderful shower. My stay at Casa Aguaí was satisfactory. The location is good, the accommodation is cozy and met the needs. My suggestion is to invest in more screens or curtains for the high openings of the house. A blender would also be a good addition to the kitchen. I recommend it for people familiar with nature, animals, etc. I'd come back again! ☺️
