Excellent accommodation! We were very well received by Raimundinha and Liana was attentive and responded to all messages quickly. The house was tidy, clean and well equipped with all the kitchen utensils. The furniture is new and comfortable. It has a game room and a good outdoor area: balcony with hammocks, sofas, large table, deck also with table, barbecue, freezer, swimming pool. Two bedrooms with fans, one with air conditioning and new bedding. Tranquil and safe neighborhood. It's far from the beach, but it doesn't bother us at all because we can explore other beaches by car. Liana was flexible at checkout. It exceeded my expectations because the house is better than the ad and we had a very pleasant extended weekend as a family. I loved it!

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Perfect Weekend! The place is super comfortable, it has everything we need to enjoy quiet days, an equipped kitchen, a well-organized space and rooms with great air conditioning, which made all the difference. Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is spacious, ventilated, has comfortable beds, and a swimming pool that is always clean and well-kept. But the icing on the cake of the stay was hiring Nice's service. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. It makes you feel at home, cooking a little bit of everything with love. They always have a smile on their face. A real gift of the stay. The house is beautiful. Exactly as shown in the photos. Well-ventilated, clean and fragrant house. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Exactly as we wanted. We'll be back more often for sure.

The stay was wonderful! Gabriel is a super kind and helpful host. When we arrived, we came across the clean, organized and cozy place. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful and clean rooms, as well as the bathrooms. Caseiro Leandro very solicitous. Beautiful place, one block from the beach. As we rented the carnival only what bothered us was the sound walls that ended at 9:30 pm, as the house is in the square where the party takes place. But nothing that would harm our wonderful stay and certainly on other dates is even better. On the whole we love and our family also the children had a lot of fun in the wonderful swimming pool and space of the house. We will definitely come back more often! Someone Without Fear!!! I spent 10 days in June and the truth is that it is highly recommended, the pool is always clean and in good condition, the common areas too, the beautiful beach is a three-minute walk and the beach park. Close to a top-quality Piñeiro supermarket. The apartment has air conditioning and a TV in all its rooms. Congratulations Anoel.

I loved my stay, the apartment is very beautiful with an amazing view, full kitchen, clean apartment, impeccable bed and bath linens. Close to several cool restaurants that you can walk to. Super clean and fragrant house, the only thing to say that it was disappointing that when I went I thought the pool space would be in good condition but the whole space was in There was construction work and only one pool was working, but otherwise everything was impeccable.

The stay was for 3 couples, the atmosphere is great, both the apartment and the building itself, the large rooms, good bathrooms, there are two suites and a bedroom with the bathroom in front, so it turns out to be 3 suites (for those who go as a group of 6 people). The host provided a complete bed set, towels. Fully equipped kitchen, appliances, water filter and more, laundry area with washing machine. In front of the apartment, a great location on the waterfront, close to good restaurants, close to the fish market. Good leisure area on the ground floor, good gym.

I believe that the one who was most surprised was my 4-year-old daughter, she loved the apartment, the pool area, my grandmother loved the hammock on the balcony and I thought all the amenities around Studio Iracema were perfect. Everything we needed to feel at home was in the rental, so I give it a 10, and I'm already recommending it to friends.
