É um sobrado com 130m², com 2 banheiros, 2 quartos (sendo 1 mezanino grande com cama de casal, banheiro e armário; e 1 quarto), sala, cozinha equipada e terraço - para até 4 pessoas. A Vila Nanan está numa rua sem saída, com portão, câmera e vigilância. (há descontos para estadias maiores). Espaço inteiro privativo. Festas e eventos não são permitidas.
