Our villa is a new building located in the beautiful Contrada Paternella in Terrasini. The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.

The villa was incredible, it was four of us total that stayed there. It looked exactly like the pictures and Katya was there waiting when we arrived. She showed us around the villa, how everything worked and had information on local restaurants and what there is to do in the area. The beds are comfortable, a/c keeps the place cool and it was spotless. The villa is in a quiet area, you definitely need a car but close to the highway and not too far from other cities. Terrasini is a quiet town but it is beautiful and people were very friendly. Katya is a great host and I definitely recommend booking her villa for your stay in Sicily you won’t be disappointed. She was always available if i had a question about something, definitely will be back.

My wife and I stayed at Katy & Guiseppe’s last week (May 2025). As hosts you could not ask for more. They were always responsive to all of our questions (many and varied!) and always within a few minutes. They were there to welcome us and are such warm people that we instantly felt at home. Their villa was perfect for us as a couple, especially with the pool and wonder poolside area. It was so easy to relax with the sea as one view and the mountains as the other. Terrasini is just a three minute drive away, and there were so many restaurants to choose from. It is only a few kilometres away, but is not really walkable and you do need a car. A car makes so many towns and tourist spots accessible including Palermo and we had a fantastic week exploring the island. All in all a beautiful, isolated, homely place where Giuseppe and Katy will ensure you can relax and have a peaceful break in the Sicilian sun. ☀️☀️☀️

We stayed as a family of 7. We are so happy with our stay at this place. Our host help us with everything. I truly recommend this place for everybody who want to come and enjoy Italy. The pool was amazing. The pictures match very well. The reality we had a problem with getting water to the shower one day and our host fixed it very quickly. If we come back to Cecilia, we will definitely stay at the same place.

We had a fabulous stay here. The views are just amazing, you can see the bay, the ruggedly beautiful coastline opposite and out to the open sea. I particularly enjoyed gazing out whilst sitting on the terrace which stretches along the entire front of the villa. The pool and garden area were also great both being a good size and well cared for. Another highlight was the authentic pizza oven which we used on two evenings. There was also a large barbecue and well equipped kitchen and various dining areas both outdoors and inside. The villa really felt like a home with plenty of everything you need for a family holiday from sun loungers to dominoes! Ada was a pleasure to deal with always responding quickly and in a friendly manner to my questions. Terrasini, about five minutes by car, is definitely worth a visit, with a beach, small harbour/marina , some nice restaurant, bar and coffee options, and interesting shops. It is a lively little town that feels truly Sicilian

I am speechless! The pictures do not do this home any justice. The beauty and peaceful surroundings (let me not even talk about the backdrop, because you have to experience this home to understand). I would certainly return and spend a longer time at Francesco’s home. Thank you again for sharing this home with us.
