The house is very beautiful, well-equipped, and the view is just stunning. Spiros is very friendly and we were able to go into the house before the check-in time. We had a great time !

The villa was amazing: it was clean, it has good distribution of the rooms, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary equipment and more: fridge, stove and oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, all kinds of utensils, cups, dishes, etc. The villa has 3 bathrooms which was very convenient for 7 people, AC units on the second and third floor. The hosts have also taken care for small details like two pairs of keys and instructions. The best feature is the sea view from the spacious garden- one of the best I have ever seen. There is a village that is around 10 minute walk on a steep path, that has 3 supermarkets, a lot of restaurants and bars and very cozy Greek village vibe. Communication with the hosts was top notch. Overall- absolutely worth it!

Our stay at Katerina’s village was perfect. Kids loved the private pool and staff was very friendly. Thank you Giorgia for everything. Village and beach was in 5 minutes walking distance. Would recommend!

Heaven on earth! The location is quite breathtaking and the villa is perfectly positioned to be near enough to Spilla Port but remote to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We had a rib for most of our stay which I would thoroughly recommend as having the private beach and option for mooring made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in need of a bit of updating in places and could be better provisioned but this did not spoil our holiday in any way. The owners communicated really well and helped solve any issues that arose and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Kostas’s place in Lefkada. The location is ideal, and we enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere immensely. The sunsets from the top deck were beautiful! A car is definitely necessary to explore the area. There are some of the most incredible beaches around the island, especially on the side where the villa is situated. The beaches were serene and uncrowded, particularly in the off-season. The sea was still warm, even in October. The property itself is immaculately clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The pool provided a refreshing escape, with plenty of outdoor seating and shaded areas to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Communication with Kostas was excellent—fast, attentive, and helpful. We could tell that a lot of care and attention had gone into ensuring the property was in top condition, and it was truly appreciated. We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in Lefkada🖤

We had an amazing stay! The villa is beautiful & well positioned, so close to the beach & in such a special location. There are a few tavernas & shops located within walking distance- Molos was a particular highlight. The villa was brilliant for our family & baby- blackout shutters on the windows & we were able to borrow a cot & high chair. The pool was full of inflatables, plenty of outdoor seating & sun beds, bbq etc. if you’ve got a young family, it is just perfect in every way. Finally Gal & Rea were amazing hosts. They made sure we had some beers & groceries on arrival & went out of their way to help us the entire time. We will be back very soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay & some gorgeous memories

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautiful - great views and location, had plenty of space for a family of 5 and was very clean. The outdoor area was extremely spacious with a perfect sized pool. Our villa representative, Chris, went above and beyond as a host. He was there for us at check in, assisted us with some of our transport and also helped us get a good price on a loan car. Only thing that to consider about this property is that the third bedroom is seperate to the main area of the house and is located downstairs (a studio). We didn’t have any issues with this space, but it is important to note this as some families may all want to be together. Overall very happy with the space and would definitely recommend staying at these villas!

What an amazing stay. We loved the house and the surrounds. We hired a quad bike and could get to the nearby beaches and restaurants with ease. The pool area was fantastic and so too the outside deck. There was great communication and easy check-in. We will be back! Thank you!

we had the pleasure and luck to find and enjoy this gem of Villa for our stay in Sivota. we have been greated by our amazing host , Barbara who was exceptional. herself, together with Anna ( whom helped us book the villa) ensures we had everything we needed. the place is truly a gem and very close to sivota place. the experience for the 7 days was outstanding,we felt so relaxed really welcomed. warm and cozy villa, well structured with a lot of outside and inside sitting place. i would recommend this to anyone that wants to truly enjoy quality time with friends and family. for us , it was pure gold. thank you Barbara and Anna for being such amazing hosts:)

Amazing house with nice garden, roofed bbq area and small private beach. Equiped with everything you need. Everything is clean and as described. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket and really nice fish taverna reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. Dimitrios and his parents really are amazing hosts. They were very helpful in every way and even prepared food for us. Very hopitable without ever being intrusive. I can absolutely recommend this place as for me that was the best airbnb experience I have had so far to be honest.

The villa was stunning just like the photos and finished to an incredibly high spec. Beautifully furnished with a clean , crisp and stylish edge.The villa is on a hill overlooking Sivota Bay and other islands and the view is truly breathtaking. The outside BBQ and seating area was large and provided shade from the sun. It was hot while we were here but the air conditioning inside was super efficient and provided the perfect temperature. Paul the host gave great instruction how to get to the villa and was on hand if we needed anything. The road to the villa, and in fact all the accommodation on the hill above Sivota , is windy and steep in places and takes about 10 minutes to drive from Sivota . Sivota itself is charming with lovely restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Villa Anthelia. The villa is beautiful, and the location and views match the photos. Elena was a super responsive and helpful host, giving us plenty of recommendations and ensuring all was well throughout the stay. Sivota is a lovely marina village with plenty of good restaurants. Would recommend a car if staying longer than a few days to see around the island. Overall, a great place to stay.

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Vivi and Efi were the perfect hosts. The villa was exceptional and has the best view you could not find anywhere else! Vivi had the best communication I’ve ever had with a host and we will look forward to returning in the future.

I can only say great things about our stay here. The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect. If we had any questions, we could just contact the hosts and they would always respond very quickly. The view from the Villa was just amazing and totally worth it. The swimming pool at the villa was also great and clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. I can guarantee that you won‘t be disappointed.

Great holiday experience. Not next to the sea but close to Lefkada and Nidri, in a quiet small and beautifull village whise tavernas are offering excellent food, maybe the best I experienced in Greece.

Me and my friend came here for a peaceful girls retreat away for her 30th birthday. I can’t put into words how perfect this stay was for us. The host and team supporting them were so responsive and accommodating and the peace felt immediately upon arrival was unquestionable. The facilities were all very clean and a good level of communication was given about everything as well as us being given the reins to explore and enjoy our stay. The Zen garden and sauna were beautiful and an overall care and consideration has obviously been put into this stay. To be able to switch off, feel safe and reconnect was blissful and I’m very grateful to our hosts for that. It will be somewhere I return, absolutely.

Firstly, Thalia was excellent and extremely helpful, she was a brilliant host. The home itself was beautiful. It felt like home from home. The decor was tasteful, the quality was first class (great beds!) and the views were sensational. Both my partner and I felt like we could have stayed there for at least another month. This property was an excellent find and the anyone renting it will be more than pleased they did.
