Villa vacation rentals in Agios Nikitas

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

The house is very beautiful, well-equipped, and the view is just stunning. Spiros is very friendly and we were able to go into the house before the check-in time. We had a great time !

We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay in this gorgeous villa. It was exactly as described: private with an incredible view, quiet and close to everything. It was a perfect stay, thank you!

The villa was amazing: it was clean, it has good distribution of the rooms, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary equipment and more: fridge, stove and oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, all kinds of utensils, cups, dishes, etc. The villa has 3 bathrooms which was very convenient for 7 people, AC units on the second and third floor. The hosts have also taken care for small details like two pairs of keys and instructions. The best feature is the sea view from the spacious garden- one of the best I have ever seen. There is a village that is around 10 minute walk on a steep path, that has 3 supermarkets, a lot of restaurants and bars and very cozy Greek village vibe. Communication with the hosts was top notch. Overall- absolutely worth it!

Great holiday experience. Not next to the sea but close to Lefkada and Nidri, in a quiet small and beautifull village whise tavernas are offering excellent food, maybe the best I experienced in Greece.

Our stay at Katerina’s village was perfect. Kids loved the private pool and staff was very friendly. Thank you Giorgia for everything. Village and beach was in 5 minutes walking distance. Would recommend!

What a nice place! Olga stopped by every day for a chat and if you needed anything. She cleaned, provided clean linens etc every day. I can't believe it. The place was amazing. So beautiful, both the house and the area. And the view!!! The garden was enjoyable, with its own swimming pool, what else do you want? Giga barbecue, who did just fine! Multiple places in the yard where we could stay. We were there with 4 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 5. They enjoyed themselves. If everything is fine, we will definitely be back next year!! Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay! The villa is beautiful & well positioned, so close to the beach & in such a special location. There are a few tavernas & shops located within walking distance- Molos was a particular highlight. The villa was brilliant for our family & baby- blackout shutters on the windows & we were able to borrow a cot & high chair. The pool was full of inflatables, plenty of outdoor seating & sun beds, bbq etc. if you’ve got a young family, it is just perfect in every way. Finally Gal & Rea were amazing hosts. They made sure we had some beers & groceries on arrival & went out of their way to help us the entire time. We will be back very soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay & some gorgeous memories

I cannot speak highly enough of Villa Maura. Myself and my family, six of us in total had a fantastic stay here. Extremely comfortable, a perfect size to accommodate all of us, good sized bathrooms all with walk in showers. Good facilities throughout and wonderfully clean and tidy. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful and informative. We didn't have any issues or problems, but if we did I'm sure they would have been attended to promptly. The pool is a good size and in a great location to make the most of the view. The sun loungers are very comfortable which is always an added bonus. Even though the pictures look stunning, I promise that the view is even better in person - Trust me! Absolutely breath taking waking up to that each morning. A car is essential (although you can get taxis from Nydri if you look into it) but it's only a 10mins drive down to the town. We will most definitely be returning here 100% - Wonderful holiday at a wonderful villa.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautiful - great views and location, had plenty of space for a family of 5 and was very clean. The outdoor area was extremely spacious with a perfect sized pool. Our villa representative, Chris, went above and beyond as a host. He was there for us at check in, assisted us with some of our transport and also helped us get a good price on a loan car. Only thing that to consider about this property is that the third bedroom is seperate to the main area of the house and is located downstairs (a studio). We didn’t have any issues with this space, but it is important to note this as some families may all want to be together. Overall very happy with the space and would definitely recommend staying at these villas!

Very nice place to stay. The pictures are exactly like the place looks in real. Kostas was good in communication and picked us up to take us to the house. There is a beautiful view from the terrace down to the city. You need a car to get to the restaurants, but then they are easy to reach.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It offers beautiful views, a lovely swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing break. The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Erez was highly professional, welcoming, and very responsive. We also really appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service, which was a thoughtful touch that made our experience even better. Just a heads-up: the road to the villa is quite rough and takes about 20 minutes from the bay, even though the distance isn’t far. It’s a bit of a challenge each time, but once you arrive, it’s well worth it. Highly recommended for a quiet and well-organized stay in Sivota!

Wow. What an incredible place to stay and relax at the end of a week’s sailing. My husband and our 3 daughters had a brilliant experience at this villa. The spaces around the property provide something for everyone, whether one of multiple loungers by the pool, one of 2 outdoor dining spaces, 2 areas of outdoor lounge furniture, an egg chair, outdoor bar and seating or chairs to relax in outside the bedrooms. The hospitality shown by Maria and her team due our stay was outstanding - nothing was too much trouble. The freshly baked treats they brought with them each day were delicious. An optional daily clean by Maria’s team is a very special touch, making you feel like you are staying in a hotel. I was a little nervous not having a car to get about, but the location is extremely convenient without transport, just a 10 minute walk down to Nikiana where you’ll find a handful of excellent tavernas, bars and convenience/gift shops. We will return to this fabulous place again.

Firstly, Thalia was excellent and extremely helpful, she was a brilliant host. The home itself was beautiful. It felt like home from home. The decor was tasteful, the quality was first class (great beds!) and the views were sensational. Both my partner and I felt like we could have stayed there for at least another month. This property was an excellent find and the anyone renting it will be more than pleased they did.

This is a great villa with exceptional views. Very well equipped and extremely peaceful. Our three boys loved being so close to the village Astro pitch too. The village is very authentic and a great location to explore Lefkas town and the west coast beaches. Highly recommend

Our stay in the beautiful villa was just perfect!!! We enjoyed every single minute. The house and the entire complex are very well maintained and the pools are sparkling clean. We were very warmly welcomed by Chrysovolantis' mom and very well looked after during our stay. Thank you for that!!! We would come back anytime ;)

The place is even more beautiful than appears to be in the picture; the property has an amazing view to the sea, well preserved, located in the middle of olive trees that offers you the shadow you need in the middle of a hot day; the infinity pool is a big plus that makes this place even more impressive. Kostas and his wife are the perfect hosts for the guests, making us feeling welcomed from the moment we arrived there. All in all, we had an amazing time there and we want to come back again in the future.

Vivi and Efi were the perfect hosts. The villa was exceptional and has the best view you could not find anywhere else! Vivi had the best communication I’ve ever had with a host and we will look forward to returning in the future.

I can only say great things about our stay here. The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect. If we had any questions, we could just contact the hosts and they would always respond very quickly. The view from the Villa was just amazing and totally worth it. The swimming pool at the villa was also great and clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. I can guarantee that you won‘t be disappointed.

Me and my friend came here for a peaceful girls retreat away for her 30th birthday. I can’t put into words how perfect this stay was for us. The host and team supporting them were so responsive and accommodating and the peace felt immediately upon arrival was unquestionable. The facilities were all very clean and a good level of communication was given about everything as well as us being given the reins to explore and enjoy our stay. The Zen garden and sauna were beautiful and an overall care and consideration has obviously been put into this stay. To be able to switch off, feel safe and reconnect was blissful and I’m very grateful to our hosts for that. It will be somewhere I return, absolutely.

It’s a perfect villa for a group of 4! I’d definitely recommend getting a car. We didn’t and got stung with many taxis, but the host was great at helping us get them. The Villa is more beautiful than the photos so you’re in for a real treat!
