Beach house vacation rentals in Agios Minas

Maria's place was great for me and my family. we had plenty of space and with a bathroom upstairs and in the basement the stay was great. The park was cute, the beach was a bit too cold to get in (early May) Lidi supermarket close by as well as a couple of cafes.

this place is heaven to wake up every morning to the sounds of birds, to the peaceful amazing view of a wide open sea, sourounded by trees and bushes which goes all the way down to the beach swim in a small sechluded beach with clear water i have not enough words for this amazing place I didn't meet Mania but communication with her was smooth and friendly i wish i had met you as you sound an interesting person to be friend with and hear more about your life thank you so much for everything. the cerenity of your place was very healing and will go with me

The house is great. Beautiful, pleasant and complete. It's better than the photos in my opinion. And hosts are thoughtful and helpful. The location of the house is perfect because it is quiet and away from noise and traffic but at the same time very close on foot to restaurants cafes and the beach. If your plan is visiting the area, I can confidently introduce you to the space. You'll be very happy

Marie and Agis place was beautiful, it had everything we needed, the place was clean, quite and well designed. the space is large and lighted. the beds are comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive and freindly. the beach near the apt is a bit rocky but the water are clear and wonderful. overall a hreat place to stay for a quite relaxing holiday.

Great hosts with the motto, you should feel more comfortable than at home! Issues are quick to respond and extremely human and accommodating! This is Greek hospitality! Thank you for the wonderful time and the nice acquaintance!

Spacious and comfortable house. We stopped for two nights to get ready for the flight and enjoyed the proximity to the sea and the convenience of the proximity to the airport.

I thank Maria and Dimitris for their hospitality and availability. Since the beginning of our exchanges Maria has been patient and always responsive. She even booked me the place for the time I could pay (I had problems with the platform) We were greeted with smiles and kindness. A bottle of Greek wine, fruits, water bottles, and cakes for our kids were waiting for us when we arrived 😊 Maria always responded to me, everything was clean and compliant. The house is quiet. You have a sublime 2 minute walk beach with restaurants. I would like to say that Maria was going through a difficult time when she was spending time bcp between the hospital and her home, and despite that she always answered our needs or questions. We had an awesome stay in Bill and Crista's place, the proximity to the beach, to Athens, and the airport was great, the pool and other amenities made the stay seamless and lovely. Bill went above and beyond to make sure that we had a truly special holiday and gave us some awesome recommendations.

Our stay was great, the house exactly as described. She had everything she had promised and much more. The sea view is amazing. The pool is perfect and clean. And big for anyone who wants to swim! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful homestead! The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The swimming pool was a real highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The location was also fantastic—within walking distance to some stunning beaches and great restaurants. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Villa for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! We felt so comfortable and enjoyed the amazing atmosphere. Highlights were the pool, sauna and the kitchen with a view of the pool and garden. We did yoga every morning in the garden (great that two mats were provided!) and had fun with the friendly neighbour and two adorable dogs. The owners and neighbour were incredibly kind, offering great recommendations and advice. The warmhearted atmosphere truly reflects my impression of Greece (my first visit, but definitely not the last)! Loutraki is lovely, with everything you need nearby, and we also enjoyed a night at the casino just 5 minutes from the villa. I’d love to come back! Thank you!

Had an amazing few weeks at Ioannis’s place. Super clean, super comfortable. It’s perfect if you want to get away and relax for a few weeks. The towns nearby aren’t walkable but fine if you have a hire car they’re about a 10 minute drive away, they’ve got great bakeries and food stores for restocking the flat. The closest and best restaurant we had dinner at was “Tavern Bakoutis Nikolaos”. Best meat grilled dinners ever!! (And lots of cats). The pool is bigger than the pictures make it seem and it’s very clean with a pump to filter out leaves etc. Ioannis provides sun loungers which are great on a sunny day. Overall Ioannis is a fantastic host who truly cares about his guests happiness, he brought us fish he and his wife had made for lunch as well as giving us recommendations about areas nearby. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants a quiet place to relax and live the Grecian lifestyle.

The location can be tricky to find but Lydia is a great host and has arranged it all for us to get inside smoothly. The cottage we rented has all that one might need and we loved to cook ourselves. We were met with open hands and received a nice welcome package of fruit, wine, olive oil and many other yummy items. Our baby was kept busy by the huge box full of toys Lydia provided. We made use of bbq and the swimming pool. It was a great start of our vacation. We will be happy to come back in the future

This is a slice of paradise. A well designed, well equipped and roomy villa with a garden with beautiful patios and many comfortable places to sit or lie, and best of all the sea on your doorstep. The pool is nice but was too cold to use much in late April but we were in the sea a lot, and the paddleboards were fun. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and food shops in Politika village nearby. The local contact, Apollo, was constantly available and charming, for example coming to fix the Starlink wifi very quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anasa villa. It is totally brand new, fully equipped, spacious, clean. And the view through the windows is just amazing!!! The outside is very well planned – has different areas for eating, sunbathing and relaxing (like hammocks and swings). But for my family the most amazing spot outside was swimming pool! There you can do both: swim, relax and enjoy the sea view. We came 4 people, but there is definitely enough space for 6. The host was really helpful, gave some advice for grocery store (which is nearby) and for tavernas. The beach is few minutes by car. We really liked that it has quite wide shore and offers possibility for many water activities. So to summarize, it’s a brand new villa with a pool, with spectacular view and in a good location. Quite close to Athens. If we travel around, we’ll definitely come here again. I totally recommend it!

The host Ilias is very friendly, responsive and concerned about the well-being of guests. The house is large and very nice, well equipped. The neighborhood is less than a 10 min drive to Saint Ephrem monastery, shops and nice restaurants (Marathon beach). Mountain and nearby localities to see. A BIG THANK YOU to Ilias for her patience and involvement in the well-being of guests. Ps: for inexperienced guests (like us ^^) consider an extra €15 per day to be paid to Ilias for the climate resilience tax (as mentioned in the listing)

I would have preferred to stay there longer! This stay and especially this Airbnb paid off every second! The hospitality of the people on site but also the entrepreneurial opportunities were more than special. I recommend renting a scooter or car and exploring the island! The capital Athens was also very easy and inexpensive to reach. A ferry ride on which you can simply enjoy the surroundings and a ride through the streets of Athens by bus and you are, for example, at the Acrapolis, Monastiraki. Would go back there next time and explore even more. Thanks for everything!!

We just spent a week at Nikos apartment and had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding with the option to go a restaurant and the beach. The apartment offered all that and were really relaxed when we left. Only thing that is not clear from the apartment info, the second room with the single beds is not a proper room, it’s part of the living room. But that did not pose a problem for us. We loved it and can highly recommend it!

We had a great time in this beautiful house! Loukia was so generous and nice. We had everything we needed, clean house with peaceful and quite garden. We will definitely want to come visit again!

Amazing little apartment in a quiet area, very close to the beach. The apartment has everything you need, is very well thought out and just like the photos. We stayed at Sofia's for about a week and loved our time here. Sofia is a great host, who gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

Polyanthi was very friendly and flexible and her accommodation was exactly what we were looking for, in private and close to the beach :-)
