When designing and decorating the accommodation, it was configured as a large suite where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and detail, feel at home with the independence that this entails and with all the amenities that a house offers. The ultimate goal is for guests to have an unforgettable memory of their stay. All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". The apartment is within a residential complex, with few houses with a video surveillance system and common garden areas and a swimming pool of considerable size, depending on the total number of neighbors. In short, it is a place located in a sea of tranquility and disconnection within walking distance of everything a place like Marbella offers. A complex made up of 28 houses, with great privacy, security cameras in the access and common areas, parking for 2 cars, a swimming pool with a garden and a hammock area, which usually has few people, as it does not have many neighbors, and a concierge. However, it is advisable to have your own vehicle to get around and to get to know Marbella, its areas and surroundings. Easily accessible from the highway, Nagueles exit. From Marbella, by the Hotel Puente Romano, towards the Mosque. The entrance to Las Lomas is through a magnificent arch, located just above the Mosque on the way to La Meridiana Restaurant. There are two more entrances that can be found in front of Olivia Valère on the Carretera de Istán and through the Camino de los Manchones, which gives access to the areas of Marbella Hill Club, Marbella Sierra Blanca, Nagüeles and Camoján. This stand alone cottage on our private property is located in the Bishopscourt area of the Western Cape. The cottage is an open plan lounge,bedroom with two big verandas, a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a shower and bath that opens out to a very private balcony with sun loungers and an outside shower. With magnificent views of the mountain and terrains, one can fully unwind and relax in this more than spacious cottage. This private cottage will be all yours during your stay. There are multiple lounging areas inside and outside the cottage. Our long serving housekeeper, Maks, will be there to look after you and make sure you always have what you need.She cleans and does the washing daily except on a Sunday. Located within walking distance to many stunning hikes, walking routes, mountain biking, and cycling routes. There are many places nearby that you can rent bikes and there is ample storage at the house for bikes to be stored.
