The Riad was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect location within the Medina and walking distance to most attractions. Alice has done a great job decorating the place. Abdou and Fatima made our stay seamless, easy and special. They made a great spread every morning for breakfast. Abdou was particularly helpful in making restaurant suggestions…Atay Cafe and L’Mida were both great choices.

It feels like home in Irocha, the place is beautiful and each item is tastefully chosen. Ahmed is passionate about his region. We had the chance to share a day with him to discover the oasis of Fint and Ouarzazate from another perspective. Thanks for everything!

A beautifully restored riad in the heart of Marrakech - elegant, clean, cool, comfortable and well maintained. The main attractions and vibes of the city are within easy walking distance. Our hosts were easy to contact, responsive, friendly and solicitous. Our fantastic housekeeper arranged longer distance day trips with trusted people so that, as first-timers to Morroco, we felt safe, looked after and welcome. We were travelling with older family members who found the set up here to be a really great introduction to the remarkable Marrakech world. I would very happily return here - great hospitality.

The recommendations, by Athina were really good. The location is fantastic. Really close to the city and very walkable to everything. Also a really beautiful well done apartment.

We had a great time at Julien and Françoise's, they were very welcoming and helped us a lot to organize activities, they were attentive. The place is beautiful, even better in real life! Everything is very clean, it's very quiet and peaceful. The riad is in a great location, you can do a lot of things on foot. We recommend 100% and will be back! Faysal’s place was super clean and very beautiful. Loved all the details of the place. Faysal was super communicative + checking in was easy - he made sure to greet us in person and walk us around to see the rooftop. He was also super helpful by setting up transportation to the airport and hot air balloon excursion for us! The local cat Juliette is the sweetest too, definitely made the stay so memorable!

This four-level tree house is very special. At the bottom, the bathroom with a window front into the jungle. I recommend an evening relaxation bath! Above the open living room with dining table, benches, upholstered furniture, braai and hammock. There is no view here, but you can stay in something cooler at noon. Above the main house with window front in all directions. Here is also the kitchen and the balcony with chairs and tables. Inside sofa, no real dining area. From the interior, two ladders go right or left to the sleeping levels. I recommend the one to the east, it is larger and the ladder is more stable. Everything is done with a lot of love, partly a bit outdated and rotten. Therefore, please handle with care. Kim gives exact instructions, is very friendly. The house is quite close to the street, which can be heard clearly. There is also another vacation home (forrest house) in the immediate audible neighborhood. Beware of monkeys.

thank you for this stay and your welcome, an incredible host of kindness and dedication, after having crossed the lively alleys a small haven of peace in the heart of the medina, incredible location, shuttle services and breakfast at the top, the cleanliness of the room and common areas, the availability of the staff and their welcome, only small downside the room is right in front of the stairs that go up to the terrace so a little noisy when passing, and exceptional thing works were planned right during our stay... so a little noise however it is for the improvement of the comfort of the guests so it remains exceptional. Alyson's place was everything we could have hoped for during our time in Marrakesh! Despite being right in the middle of the medina, it was very quiet and felt like an oasis from everything happening outside. Everyone who worked there was lovely and made us feel so welcome to be there. We especially loved the beautiful rooftop terrace and the breakfast every morning. Of note, the ground floor room does not have much of a sound barrier from the courtyard, but for what we wanted out of our stay that wasn't too much of an issue. Overall, a great experience!

I booked the Berber room at L'Abyssin as a soft place to land and regroup in the middle of a long trip, and it suited my needs perfectly. The location made it super easy to get anything I needed, everything was just a short walk away, and David had lots of useful recommendations for places nearby. My room and private terrace had a beautiful view of the old walls and the ocean, the sunrises/sunsets were beautiful there and the room was extremely comfortable, I slept amazing. The pool/hammam/spa area in the basement is a really lovely space and I really enjoyed the hammam and pool. The patio is a really enjoyable space and breakfast there was excellent. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, you will feel well taken care of if you book a stay here! I highly recommend this place for all the reasons - location, service, amenities, and a beautiful view!

Youssef was the most incredible host - he helped us so much from sorting all taxis, arranging the most amazing hike, and delicious meals. We didn’t have to do anything! We really want to come back!!!

Rosa and George were absolutely wonderful hosts! They sent me all the details I needed to get to the guesthouse (from the airport) and for self-check-in (key pick-up) well in advance. They even kept me updated when the airport bus route changed. And they’re so friendly and knowledgeable about Malta! They gave me some great tips and recommendations for places to eat, especially for Maltese food 😊 The guesthouse is an old, charming building with a lot of character. The place has daily cleaning. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provided me with a standing fan in my room because I was feeling a bit warm. They also gave me a mosquito repellent because I encountered few mosquitoes when I opened the window in the evening to get some fresh breeze. All in all - very understanding and accommodating hosts. Daily warm breakfast was perfect to start my day. Location is great with easy access to several sights on foot. I had an enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend it!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Our host Mary was very responsive, and booked tours/transfers/dinner reservations for us making the stay stress free. The hot tub was an awesome amenity & we hope to return!

This Riad was comfortable and beautiful and breakfast was one of my favorite things. Sufyane helped me a lot!! He was attentive and helped me with everything I needed and more! I was traveling alone so I was a little scared and it was a little difficult for me to get around on foot, but everyone helped me get transportation and even Sufyane was kind enough to look for me at night at a point where the taxi left me. I felt at home, pampered and cared for✨❤️

I cannot give this team enough praise. Property manager Abdo and cook/maid Naima are an excellent team…helpful, communicative and kind. The team arranged the transfer from the airport for a fee and Abdo met us as the home. The location is perfect…in the middle of the Medina but quiet. The design was excellent…high quality European design with gorgeous colors, fabrics and furnishings. The unit has a hammam and massage table on bottom level…incredible…and the team will arrange for your spa treatments! The rooftop pool and deck were a joy to experience the calls to prayer and sunset views over the Medina. Indeed, coming home to this unit was the highlight of the visit to Marrakesh. Thank you for the memories!

We stayed one night at the riad, when we arrived in Marrakech. The taxi booked by the Riad left us near the property, then the manager picked us up. Convenient when you don't have internet/SIM card. Listing is as described. The manager is very welcoming. Breakfast on the terrace is good. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at José's place. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. He even welcomed me before the official check-in time, which I really appreciated. José is very responsible and made sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The apartment itself is calm, peaceful, and perfectly clean - it felt very comfortable and well cared for. The location is also ideal: just a 10-minute walk (even at a slow pace) to the Algeciras port and bus station, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Algeciras. Thank you again, José, for being such a great host!

We loved our stay here! The perfect central location, and they organised our taxi from the airport. The room was perfect and Doudou and Bahya looked after us to well and gave us such a delicious breakfast. Delphine responded immediately to any messages, and was so helpful e.g helping us sort out a tour guide. Would 100% recommend ! Thank you :)

Spent a lovely few days here. Annette is a great host - extremely helpful with my questions about sights and transport and prepared a great fresh breakfast. The room was clean, simple and comfy, and in a good location to explore the northern coast of Gozo. Pretty close to Victoria too, just be careful if you're getting buses in the evening as they don't always run very late.

The riad was beautiful, exactly what was shown in the pictures. Although it was inside of the market, it was situated off a a private pathway which allowed it to be quite peaceful. The hosts and staff were lovely, very helpful and always available. The location felt safe and I never felt uncomfortable being alone. The location was perfect , there was so much to see and do. Breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable, and the place was always spotless. I really loved my stay and would definitely stay there again whenever I come back to Morocco.

Advantages: super friendly host, beautiful view, private place in the carport (challenging to drive out), quiet area with nice restaurants within 10 min drive, modern apartment, beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds, nice private balcony, in the 'kitchen' everything was present: coffee beans, tea, sugar, olive oil etc. Disadvantages: despite the apartment being sparkling clean, we suffered from small ants, such as in the fridge. The bathroom is not directly adjacent to the bedroom, but to a hall that you share with the "residents" of the second apartment. As a result, you can't walk to and from the bathroom in your birthday suit. Moreover, there was no key to the bathroom, so I couldn't lock it while showering. I understand from Robert that this will be resolved quickly. Finally, in the evening and at night it was sometimes restless due to barking dogs and a crowing rooster. The view and the modern apartment + facilities made our stay memorable!
