South-facing basement apartment with private entrance and private garden. In a scenic location, without traffic but only 2 minutes to the bus. 12-minute walk to the Goetheanum. Parking is available on the street. The bedroom is very spacious. The TV only has smart TV via the Internet. The kitchen is well equipped but the faucet in the kitchen only has cold water. Hot water is available in the bathroom which is right next to the kitchen. The popular bed is 180 x 220 cm in addition to 2 single beds.

The studio with its own entrance is located on the basement floor of a house in the "Seidentor" residential complex, with a total of 16 condominiums. It has a large window with overhead and outside light. The studio measures just under 20 m², has a sitting area (with sofa bed), a counter and a large double bed. It also has a wet area with its own shower, sink and toilet. There is no cooking facility, but it has a small fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker.

My first time with AirBnB – and a direct hit. I was looking for a quiet room during a seminar visit in Basel (city), with good connections to bus/tram. I didn't notice so much from the town of Dornach, but on the way to Arlesheim to the tram (about 15 minutes walk) comes after about 5 minutes the café/organic shop Vital Speisehaus, where you can buy fresh organic goods & drink delicious coffee. Simon's kitchen is large, with a nice dining table & terrace, where I was unfortunately only able to sit once, as I was on the road all day. A highly recommended place to stay.

While I was at Heidi and Dieter's place, I felt like I was being taken care of by a family. They He made coffee for me, and Heidi even cooked my food for me, who didn't know how to use the tools! The room was so clean, warm, and comfortable. Each of the furniture and accessories in the house had a beautiful color combination, and it was fun to feel their taste. The room has a large window and balcony, and the window shows blue greenery. It was a very peaceful time when I ate while listening to the sound of birds on the balcony. Thank you for your sincere help for 3 days!

The place is exactly as described, the neighborhood is very calm and safe and feels like a village (which I actually looked for). The hosts were very good, responsive, and helpful especially with my unusual check-in time! Although we didn't meet in person they always checked on me to ensure I had a good stay and that, I appreciate! would love to come back there on any future trip to Basel and highly recommend if you're looking for a simple cozy place to crash!

Everything went great, the family is very nice. The place is beautiful in Dornach and the room is quite large and has a bathroom.
