The house is thoughtfully decorated and very cozy with a fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy nooks, TV living room and nice views, partly over the Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, dining furniture and sunbeds and large Weber Gas grill. Several good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

The property contains 4 bedrooms (sleeping 2 in each) and additionally large open loft with room for several people. In addition, there is a larger living room with a wood-burning stove, dining room and well-equipped kitchen (but no dishwasher). The house is located in a peaceful setting with ocean views and 750 yards (700 meters) to public transportation. Guests must bring their OWN bed linens and towels. Cleaning is included in the price.

Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood stove is NOT included.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.
