Large 1st floor with many cozy nooks, TV living room and nice views, partly over the Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, dining furniture and sunbeds and large Weber Gas grill. Several good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

If you like idyllic settings and flower gardens, come stay in our guest house, which is centrally located in the old part of Ærøskøbing - only a 2-minute walk from the ferry. The guest house is romantically decorated and located in the middle of our garden. You have your own entrance through the garden as well as a private part of the garden. There are flowers in the garden from early spring to fall. It's a 5-minute walk to a swim or a sunset at the beautiful bathing houses on Vester Strand. No pets. Events not allowed in the garden.

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
