We highly recommend this very well-equipped accommodation, run by a very welcoming and proactive host. The accommodation is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the bus line connecting Padua to Venice, housing the Brenta Canal. So ideal for visiting. Great shops are easily accessible.

I refer to all the good comments above. It's just like that. Absolute cleanliness and good communication with Isabella at all times. A nice touch that the hostess left things for breakfast (coffee, pastries, sliced bread, eggs, milk, juice) Leaving the apartment, on the left, I don't think anyone has said this, there is a small supermarket to buy what you need. Right in front is the bus stop that takes you to downtown Venezia in about 40 minutes directly on weekends and, with a change, two buses, on weekdays, in the same time, since there is more frequency. I'm also super grateful that Isabella managed and emailed me the tourist tax pass for the days we were there. I recommend the accommodation 100%. If I go back to Venice, I would definitely repeat

I stayed one night at Nicholas's house and found it really cozy. Nicholas was very kind and the house was clean, tidy and in a great location in the center.

Jenny was a very nice and service minded host and her young son was very helpful too and spoke very good English

This was an amazing way to start our Italy trip. We loved sitting next to the open window and watching the gondolas pass by. It was close to everything you need, small market, a great little place to get an espresso and hop on our own gondola ride. We scheduled many things that were easy to get to via vaperetto. Book this stay, you will not be disappointed!

The apartment is very nice and spacious. Air conditioning on both floors. Everything was clean and comfortable. You have to be a little practical with technological accesses but, once you do, they are very convenient and easy to use. The host was very friendly and nice, guided me in everything and took care of me from the moment I arrived. The price is right and it is worth staying in this apartment. The shutters are automatic, which is not always found in other places. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is very nice and in a great location, especially for those of us who wanted to go to Pellestrina. Andrea was punctual and very kind. I only recommend putting a few more hangers in the house to be more comfortable.

We highly recommend Gerard! Super nicely decorated! You were greeted with Prosecco, typical pastries and coffee. Gerard always responds promptly and gives you valuable tips for a successful stay. Fortunately, Chioggia has retained its Italian charm. Always worth a trip.

Very nice hosting by Patrizia and Laura. Super friendly and nice exchange on the rental which is modern and tastefully decorated, surrounded by the gardens of the surrounding houses. Also exchange on Ferrara which is an Italian city of excellence with few foreigners. In a word: great stay, recommended

This place is like walking into an architectural magazine. So meticulously designed, simple, and comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed is amazing! Plenty of towels, wonderful pots, and pans and dishes. Very special place and so perfectly located to walk in this beautiful city And explore beyond. Highly staying as many days as possible here!

We arrived from Paolo for a short 2-day getaway. The apartment is perfect. There were 5 of us and we had a great time. Delightful apartment, well furnished and complete with everything: full kitchen, flat-screen TV, detergents and soaps , shampoo , water in the fridge, snacks and coffee. Private parking within walking distance of the center and very close to a great pizzeria restaurant, really nice and at a super competitive price. Oh perfect! Thank you Paolo!

The place was exactly as described and absolutely pristine. Beds were very comfortable and the home had all high-quality amenities. It was perfect for our family of four. Davide was very friendly and attentive. We would stay there again!

We spent two nights at Valeria and Riccardo's apartments and we had a really good time. They were both extremely kind and helpful, with clear and timely communication from the first contact. The stylishly furnished apartment, on the second floor, is very beautiful, with attention to detail and complete with everything you need. The online photos are already beautiful, but the space is even more pleasant and welcoming in person. A significant added value is the possibility of using bicycles, which allowed us to get around Chioggia freely and easily. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return. We highly recommend this place!

Wow! Valeria’s apartment was beautiful, with doors opening on to a beautiful canal. The apartment was exactly like the listing and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was perfect! St Mark’s was only about a 10 minute walk away, but what we loved most was that the apartment was away from the manic tourist streets. We felt we were in a more authentic area of Venice, surrounded by locals and some fantastic little restaurants. Some streets in Venice are ruined by over-tourism: absolutely filled with tourists and pop-up shops selling tat which really takes away the charm. However, walking back to Valeria’s was a relief, and I think the best part of Venice! At times we were the only ones around. Thank you for a perfect stay, Valeria. We will be back!

The place was just as advertised. Stefano was very communicative and provided clear instructions. It was super helpful that we were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

A big thank you to Giorgia for her warm welcome, kindness, attentiveness and great helpfulness! She gave us great tips for discovering good restaurants, nice walks and the must-sees of this wonderful city where we spent three unforgettable days. Her accommodation, located on the ground floor close to all amenities, is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the jacuzzi and sauna are perfect for relaxing after a long day in the alleys of Venice, a 99% pedestrian city (no cars, no scooters, and no bikes either!). We highly recommend this listing as well as Giorgia. You won't be disappointed! Enjoy your stay!

Terrific apartment in a quiet part of Venice but only a 10-15 min walk from lots to do. The hosts are very attentive and kind and communication was great as we resolved a few minor issues. Highly recommended!!

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

Amazing stay amazing place

Erika was a very accommodating and responsive host. The place was very clean, spacious with all amenities. It is well located, 5 minutes' walk from a bus stop that takes us directly to Venice and 15 minutes from Mestre train station. We were also able to enjoy the outdoors with a large gallery and patio area. The area was quiet with a very good restaurant and bakery nearby as well as a grocery store a 10-minute walk away. We were welcomed by Carmen, a very friendly lady who was able to give us all the information and instructions necessary for accessibility to the accommodation. I would recommend this place and would definitely go back.

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.
