Dopo la mia esperienza negli anni da ospite, ho deciso di aprire la mia struttura, "castello ursino house". Posizione centralissima a 50 metri dal castello ursino e 200 da piazza duomo e dalla fermata dell'alibus di piazza alcala, 2 km dalla stazione e 4 km dall'aeroporto. La mia casa è piena di tutti i comfort, cucina completa,frigo grande, lavatrice e si trova in una posizione eccellente. Sicilian country house. No poisons or chimicals are used. In summer, up to 95% of our energy comes from renewable sources, and up to 80% in winter. We separate all waste: no single-use plastic, only bottled water. Organia waste is composted on site, and the drainage system filters water yhat irrigates the surrounding olive trees. Dogs and children are welcome. A renewed relaxing corner in the garden will soon be avaiable. Washing machine Guests are often welcomed with our pasta alla Norma.

The structure is located on the slopes of Etna and a few km from Catania, here you can enjoy the sea and the mountains in just a few hours. Each season offers the possibility of a different journey: Autumn on the Nebrodi, snow on his "majesty" Etna, Spring among the remains of Roman amphitheaters and Norman castles and Summer with a dip in the Faraglioni among the places of the Verga ... to then return and enjoy the peace and tranquility that the small grove in the structure offers you ...

Casa del Pardo _Duomo di Catania

Casa del Pardo, si trova nel noto palazzo storico "Sammartino del Pardo", una costruzione del XVIII sec , ubicato nella via Garibaldi in uno degli angoli più suggestivi del Duomo di Catania. Dall'appartamento si potrà godere la folcloristica vista della pescheria, p.zza Alonzo Di Benedetto e le cupole della Cattedrale del Duomo. La casa è composta da una moderna cucina ben accessoriata, bagno con ampia doccia, camera da letto con California King mattress. Sito al 3 piano non ascensorato.

Horse House si trova nella città di Ragalna a 800mt s.l.m. a pochi chilometri dal Parco dell’Etna, posizione strategica per le escursioni sul vulcano, panorami mozzafiato e per raggiungere il mare a Catania(20km), Siracusa e Taormina a solo un ora di viaggio in auto. Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

Posto al secondo piano di un'immobile completamente ristrutturato, con l'attenzione verso l'ambiente per la scelta dei materiali. Minimalista nel rispetto delle dimensioni ( 35 mq) e con elevata attenzione all'igiene. Composto da zona living con divanetto, cucina, camera da letto e bagno. Perfetto per due persone, può ospitare anche un ragazzino sino a 12 anni, sul divanetto/lettino singolo.
