Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstals and yet in a complete secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is farmed. Quiet location on the farm that is in operation. At harvest times, it can get a bit louder due to operated equipment. We have a free-range farm dog and a cat. The nearest village with a discount store, gas station, restaurant and playground is 3 km away. Landshut (cinema, restaurant and beautiful old town) is 15 km away. The balcony, seating and outdoor seating are at your disposal.
