Large apartment on the second floor - quiet location on a farm that is in operation. At harvest times, it can get a bit louder due to operated equipment. We have a free-range farm dog and a cat. The nearest village with a discount store, gas station, restaurant and playground is 3 km away. Landshut (cinema, restaurant and beautiful old town) is 15 km away. The balcony, seating and outdoor seating are at your disposal.

Relax in this quiet place. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The living-dining area invites you to linger. In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare a snack or a great meal. One bedroom is equipped with a 1.40 m x 2.00 m double bed and another bedroom is equipped with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. On the large balcony you can recover from everyday stress.
