Спасибо Марине за гостеприимство. Останавливались вдвоем с супругой на две недели. Отличная светлая студия с новым ремонтом. Квартира подойдет для краткосрочного пребывания и отпуска. Шикарный вид на море. Есть всё необходимое. Рядом море, торговый центр, фитнес, рестораны, супермаркеты. Шума с улицы не слышно благодаря высокому этажу и хорошим окнам. Из минусов. Это новый дом и многие соседи делают ремонты. Обычно шум начинается ближе к 9 утра и может с перерывами продолжаться до полуночи. Было несколько дней когда кто-то из соседей решил заняться сборкой мебели посреди ночи, но недолго.

The house was clean and in a good location, it was right in front of the sea and the view especially at dawn was so beautiful we spent most of our time on the balcony, it was peaceful most of the time, we had a great time staying there.

Apartmant was great, walkable distance from beach, close to grocery shopping, and restaurants. Apartmant has all the necessities for cooking and the house was clean. Rosa is friendly host, responds very quickly. Thanks for everything, Rosa 🙏

В квартире есть всё необходимое, а ещё очень крутое расположение рядом с парком. По моей неосторожности (плохо закрыл) балконная дверь слетела с петель из-за сильного ветра днём, когда был не дома. К счастью, эту проблему быстро решили. Спасибо!:)

Diana was super responsive and even installed some blackout curtains at our request. The apartment is equipped for a long stay and was pleasant to rest in and the check-in went flawlessly. The location is close to the beach and has stores and restaurants all around for all needs. Thank you again for being so nice.

Convenient location Great balcony and the view Freshly remodelled and very good looking Well equipped kitchen Big mirrors and huge wardrobe Nice bed and bathroom AC is quiet and reliable The only downside -- occasional water supply shortages :( Walls are thin so that I was able to hear neighbours next door celebrating, but they were quiet at night, so actually no issues here

Anri is super helpful and a great host. Very flexible with the check-in check-out since we’re from out of the country. Would use him again if in Batumi

Apartamento novo, moderno e muito bem localizado, perfeito para uma estadia confortável. Além da proximidade com mercados e restaurantes, o prédio conta com uma loja de bolos e café, o que foi um grande diferencial. A experiência foi ótima, e com certeza me hospedaria novamente. Recomendo!

very beautiful and comfortable apartment in the center of old Batumi. two families with children stayed, it was very good!

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

The best experience I have ever had living in orbi city. The apartment is clean and cozy. 44th floor opens a great view. Check-in and check out experience is also wonderful. Daniel helps you on every stage.

Eduardo and Tamo’s place is beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. It’s well equipped with good wifi and a lovely view of harbour and mountains. Located in an active and safe residential area and easy access to all parts of city. Other residents are very friendly and helpful. When I got trapped in the lift they quickly came to my aid and broke me out in no time. Likewise when I used one of the older locks on the flat door instead of the new lock and got locked inside the apartment, Eduardo immediately mobilised helpers and quickly got me out. Eduardo was always available, he went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay, nothing was too much trouble, day or night. He’s definitely the best host I’ve had in my many years of travelling. I think if they can add some safety features to the lifts and remove the obsolete door lock (which is not necessary anyway as they have new locks), then it would be one of the best places to stay long term in Batumi.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

The apartment was cozy and clean,near the sea.Host was super helpful

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

I had an excellent stay at Lena's apartment! It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Not even 1 minute's walk to the beach! There is also a pool and rooftop bar in the building. I had great communication with the host. There are many great restaurants, cafes and shops around in the area. I will definitely visit again! The host did everything to make it a wonderful experience for me. Thank you Lena!

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Отличные, чистые и очень уютные аппартаменты. Есть все необходимое для жизни как дома. Есть собственная территория ЖК с бассейном и детской площадкой. Также есть охраняемая парковка для машин.
