Markey & Tim were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Their property is beautiful and the accommodations were exactly as stated. My husband and I truly enjoyed are stay with them.

Comfortable and cute lodging. Lynn has thought of so many touches to enhance the retreat experience. The surroundings are lush and there are several places to sit or walk and be immersed in nature. The hot tub and cold plunge are divine. Lynn is a responsive host. We hope to return!

A truly magical experience to live in the trees. Igor’s place was a warm and cozy place actually nestled amongst the trees. Any view looked out into the trees and even on a rainy weekend, we enjoyed the sounds, the smells, and all the nature that surrounded us. We even got to use the wood stove which helped keep the chill outside. (Thank goodness all those skills came back to me from childhood) Thank you so much for hosting us and we highly recommend to all.

Perfect location for a show at a local venue. Clean and comfortable and shops and restaurants a short drive in either direction. Matt and Kristy were responsive and had great instructions and communications. I will look to book again when returning to the area.

This was our first Airbnb. The location to family was essential and it was extremely convenient. The property is picturesque and relaxing. Our host was very responsive, respectful and pleasant. The RV was luxurious and comfortable. I must say, the sheets and duvet on our bed was the BEST! Thank-you for a fabulous experience. We will be back next summer 😊

Great secluded location with beautiful grounds and spacious communal space with privacy. Perfect for our group of 6 adults, 3 kids and a dog in town for concerts at SPAC, which was a 45min drive. A second bathroom would have been nice with a group our size, but for the price and other unique features of this listing, it wasn’t a deal breaker. Would definitely rent again, hopefully with more time to enjoy the water front portion of the property next time. We discovered a bee colony shortly after checking in, in one of the open areas on the property and let the owners know. They had someone out to spray the next the next morning, and another person came out and brought us some extra TP, paper towels and tissues. Very thoughtful and responsive hosts.

it was absolutely amazing and so peaceful, he was such a responsive host. we were so relaxed and loved the recommendations to visit the local area. can't wait to go back!

Loved our stay here. It was peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Since we spent most of our time hiking and exploring, we mostly enjoyed having a nice space to sleep with a beautiful view. It was chilly while we were there, but there was plenty of bedding to keep us warm! We really loved it!

This stay was absolutely incredible. It was nice to unplug but also get out for my partner’s birthday. We truly enjoyed the camper. It’s MUCH cuter than the pictures describe! Plenty of space for two people. VERY comfy bed! You’ll hear birds and wild life all night, which I loved. I loved that it’s high up away from the road for privacy. It felt as glamping and getting away in the middle of no where should feel. Plenty warm and the hosts are very responsive to any issues! They also tell you very clear and kind instructions. My partner and I already decided we want to plan a trip here again very soon and for much longer!

Came back 1 week after our first stay with Jenny! Her places are incredible!! Gorgeous surrounding on Lake Champlain! Absolutely beautiful and cozy tiny homes! I wish I could rent one all summer long. Jenny is an incredible host and very accommodating! We appreciate her very much so! Lovely little camper with a great, fully stocked fire pit and a hot tub nearby. Scott was wonderful - met us at the camper even though we got there late, showed us how to turn the hot tub on and even provided robes! It was lovely. Not far from Skidmore and we were easily able to get into Saratoga Springs and see the college (which was the purpose of our trip).

What a perfect tiny home and what a perfect stay! Very quiet rural location, the tiny home is pristine and cozy, decorated with love. Very good heating system, good water pressure in the shower. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location and super cozy camper! Felt right at home. The kayaks available were a fun way to fill time and had the lake to myself. I spent the rest of my stay day tripping to various towns in the state, so easy access to a lot of different places! had a very quiet and peaceful stay here and if I come back up I will definitely stay again!

Loved this place! Even better than the pictures! It had all the details and comfort of a boutique hotel (the bed was amazing!), but with the fun of a camping trip. We rode bikes into town for coffee and pastries, and enjoyed a fire (with the included firewood) in the evening. It was so quiet and peaceful, we even saw a deer pass through! We definitely plan to use the kayaks at our next visit. Wish we had a place like this near us in San Diego!

We had an amazing overnight trip to June Farms. All staff we interacted with were helpful and kind. They genuinely love the farm and it shows. ATV ride and cow brushing highly recommended. Peaceful getaway, but in proximity to everyday creature comforts (grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee, gas station, etc). The Bambi was exactly as June Farm’s had described. Already planning our next stay at June Farms!

We had another great stay at this airbnb. It served our purpose well, and we look forward to staying here again soon.

We loved our stay at William’s place! It was the perfect weekend for a doing a little glamping, and this spot offered everything we needed: a fire-pit, a cozy camper, and a great location. You’re within walking distance to the beach at Mallett’s Bay and a short drive away from downtown Burlington. The campground itself was a little packed when we stayed, but most folks kept to themselves. Other than that, great experience!

Camper was exactly as described. Beautifully located on the Battenkill river. We had a wonderful night eating at a local restaurant. Spending the rest of the night sitting around the camp fire enjoying the sounds of the flowing river.
