Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Adachi City

Shuhei's place was beautiful and clean. Location was great, near convenience stores and about 10-15 min from the metro. Direct lines to many tourist spots, including skytree and Shibuya, and never had to make more than 2 stops to any other place. Great options for food too! Shuhei made sure to have towels, disposable tooth brushes and razors available for us, really going the extra mile to help us feel at home. As an extra, the view from the terrace is exceptional. I will truly miss this home.

Our stay with Ka and her team was nothing short of great! They welcomed us with open ours while visiting Japan for the first time. Any questions we had they made sure to answer as soon as they could and with great detail. Also, all the time leading up to the stay her team would message us giving us recommendations and finding places that would be great for our group to stay! Overall 5/5 experience and we would love to stay at one of their properties again!!

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. c’est très agréable à vivre pour une famille avec deux enfants. Le logement est super bien équipé, dans une zone calme et très bien connectée de Tokyo. l’appartement est sur 3 niveau, toiture terrasse compris et a été réhabilité dans un design super beau. C’est propre et lumineux, très minimaliste. On a adoré. Le restaurant en bas est juste délicieux et ne faisaient aucun bruit. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir sejourner chez Yukito et nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful traditional Japanese house in Adachi-ku, Tokyo. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for us. The owner came to greet us personally; she is such a lovely and kind lady, and her warm welcome made us feel right at home. The house itself is charming and well-equipped with everything we needed. They provided helpful information, including maps and recommendations for shopping and local spots, which we really appreciated. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it truly showed how much care was put into making guests feel comfortable. The owner and caretaker were both very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’re grateful for their hospitality and would love to stay here again in the future.

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

The check-in and check-out instructions provided by the host were clear and easy to follow. The house was spacious and very clean. It looks exactly like the photos. This place is perfect for a large group or a small group in which people want some of their own space. The house is in a great location, near a train station and Skytree. The neighborhood is quiet at night and the beds are comfortable and clean, which made sleeping easy. Overall, well worth the price!

Spend wonderful week of staying in this place, small apartment but great neighborhood.

We had a great stay! The location is great! It was just a short walk to Shibuya Crossing, tons of shopping, and endless food options all around. The host was very responsive and super helpful, sharing lots of local tips and info that made our trip even better. One note for families: while the Airbnb itself was great, the neighborhood isn’t very kid-friendly, especially at night. If you’re traveling with young children, you might want to consider staying in a different area or city.

Ms Naka's apartment was as advertised -- great location close to groceries, convenience stores (7-11, Lawson and Family Mart) and a huge mall (Solamanchi Skytree). The apartment itself is very well maintained and clean. Ms Naka is a good host who is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Her generous hospitality made our stay a pleasurable one, and we highly recommend her lovely apartment.

I wasn’t expecting much but for a reasonable price we got a big place and host was always responsive and very friendly, even checked out two hours later

非常非常满意，超出预期了，还会再来住的，也推荐给了关系好的朋友。不想公开推荐，因为害怕以后自己住不上。没想到有个很大院子，卧室和客厅都可以连通直接过去。房主应该优先放这个图，预定时很后面才看到。提个小建议，房主可以像很多房主一样整理一本册子（常见语言都附上）。把大家常见的问题彩色打印出来放在客厅桌子上里。这样房主也不需要一直回答，常住爱彼迎的客人能自己根据手册快速阅读解决。

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. We were a group of 7 including small children, and everyone felt very comfortable. Lots of convenience stores and subways nearby. Ueno station and its adjacent shopping and nightlife districts were 10 minutes by foot. The 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, separate bedrooms, kids play room, and large terrace with a view of Skytree was huge pluses. Host was kind and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

This is a perfectly curated Airbnb. I have stayed in a dozen Airbnbs across North America, Europe, and Asia, and this is one of the best. Every amenity you need and more is available, including a two-in-one washing and drying machine. It is spacious for Tokyo. It has a nice balcony with a table and chairs, and you can see a tiny bit of Mt. Fuji in the distance when there is no fog. It is walking distance from Shibuya Station (10 minutes). Moko gave great restaurant and café recommendations in Shibuya (we tried 3 of them). Moko's husband picked us up from Shibuya Station and walked us to the Airbnb. It was much appreciated to not have to deal with Google Maps after a 12-hour flight. Moko was very responsive. There is a 7-Eleven 200 meters away. The price is outside my usual range, but I am glad I chose this Airbnb. I highly recommend to book this Airbnb if it fits your budget.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very spacious apartment, and great for a family of four. Amazing location with a huge variety of local restaurants to choose from and easy access to metro. Would stay at the Mars Hotel again!

we love our stay at Hitomi's place. It was super easy going in the appartement and with all the great recommandations she provided. We stayed in with a years old and a 5 months, it was super convenient. It's really closed to train's station and a lot of shops and restaurant.

Great host, had some trouble with the lockbox and they came over to help us within 10 minutes. Shin-okubo is a great location to stay in central Tokyo, highly recommended this area. Loved the balcony Would stay again %100

We had a lovely stay at Ryusuke’s place. We chose the location because it was in the neighborhood of our friends. We easily took the bus and train from close to his place. The flat was very spacious and met all our needs. There’s a delicious bakery close and some nice restaurants. We would stay again. Thank you!
