The Cavagrande loft is one of three lodgings within the recently renovated lava stone structure. The loft was created from an ancient millstone and has just been redesigned. The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi, independent heating, a terrace with a view of Etna and is immersed in a vast land of 1.5 hectares. Free parking inside the property.

It has been equipped with solar panels, thermal insulation, a column to recharge electric cars and a solar thermal system for the production of hot water and heating.

Small Farmhouse

A 16th century stone house, surrounded by greenery near the sea. The Piccolo Casale is a typical Sicilian baglio of the 16th/16th century consisting of a central courtyard surrounded by a succession of rooms which were partly used as an oil mill and warehouses and partly as a patronal house. The renovation that took place in the 90s left the structure and architecture of the Baglio intact, at the same time creating the essential comforts for the stay.

Kick back and recharge in this calm, stylish oasis right on the beach! House by the sea just 4 km from the center of Cefalù. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is among the most beautiful and pristine in the area, characterized by stone and gravel. The sea bed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges!). Simply put, it's a real house on the sea!
