Really nice and quiet place to stay if you love the Valdichiana hills, the Trasimeno lake and all the surroundings. Always a pleasure to arrive and stay here. It’s clean, has everything you need and even got a a brand new bathroom. Enrica respects your privacy and in the meantime, she’s always available to answer your questions. I visited this place many times and keep coming back. Highly recommended.

Excellent choice for a weekend getaway, the view and sunsets on the lake were the icing on the cake. Riccardo is super helpful and very friendly; we were also greeted with a jar of honey as a welcome. The apartment is exactly as I expected, clean and everything very tidy. I'll definitely be back.

This place is a little slice of paradise. Surrounded by vineyards, it is peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We used the location as a base for exploring Montepulciano, Montalcino and Lake Trasimeno. Monica was an excellent host and went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would highly recommend Monica and her beautiful property to others.
