Elisabetta’s place is amazing. It’s set in beautiful and peaceful countryside and makes for an incredibly quiet, relaxing and scenic trip away. There is lots to see and do in the local Umbrian countryside, and Elisabetta couldn’t have been more helpful in offering recommendations. Elisabetta herself is the consummate host - very proactive in her communication, and does everything she can to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She even had some flowers for my pregnant partner when we arrived! Her son was also really friendly and helpful, and even came out to us with some ice creams in the 36 degree temperatures! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Fabio is a very kind and professional host. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the apartment is very nice, with spacious rooms. We'll be back.

Perfect place for relaxing vacation with families. Perfect pool, balconys and nature. Almost every bedroom has bathroom so convinient for families. We had great vacation in this Villa!

Chiara's accommodation is located about 30 minutes from the Marmore Falls and in the historic center, so maybe it is not very comfortable with suitcases, but doable. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the bathtub was perfect for relaxing... for the kitchen we would have liked a slightly larger pot, but in the end for just one night we made do. The place in general is very welcoming and we had a great time!
