My family and I stayed at Andrea’s house for four nights. This is one of those hidden gems that makes you truly happy when you find it. Located in a beautiful, quiet little fishing village, the house sits right by the stunning, clear sea. The peace, the view, waking up every morning with a cappuccino at the local coffee spot, the lady from the supermarket, the wedding couples getting photographed at the harbor every day, the evening beer at the same coffee place, the fish market where you can get fresh fish daily — it’s all pure joy. I’d love to come back for a week of doing absolutely nothing and just enjoying it all. The house is a lovely and cozy place. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen could use a little extra love (cleaning), but that is easily outweighed by the authentic and pure feeling you get in beautiful Pozzillo. Thank you, Andrea, for your hospitality!

We came to spend two nights with my spouse at Katerina and Andrea's and the welcome was great, very nice hosts and good tips. We met several times and they always had a kind word and recommendations. Very well located apartment and superb view from the terrace. We recommend!

A very convenient place as a base for sightseeing. We had a car that could be parked easily. Beautiful views. 🤩 The apartment had everything you could need plus a lot of space. Both the living room and the bedroom and kitchen could go out onto the balcony. On one side there was a beautiful view of the majestic Etna, and on the other side there was the sea. And the rooftop terrace. You 👌🏻🤩 could really feel the Italian atmosphere. 😉 Very responsive and helpful host. I highly recommend the place 😉

Concetta was very engaged since we made the reservation. she helped us plan our visit to Naxos and Taormino. She was very accommodating with our travel timing. Her recommendations for boat rental, local travel, restaurants,... were all spot on we enjoyed all of them. She even stopped by to touch base, help us with our stay, and the travels. Her place is very conveniently located to all the activities,stores and public transport.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Diego was the best host ever! He welcomed us personally and gave us all the instructions we needed to enjoy our stay. He’s also an experienced tour operator and gave us fantastic tips on what to do, where to eat, and more. He even helped us organize an unforgettable excursion to Mount Etna. The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just steps away from the sea. We use Airbnb regularly, and Diego is definitely the best hosts we’ve had!

Great apartment with great view. Very clean and you have everything you need. We loved the town and the little bar at port just 2 minutes away. We will come for sure again. Great communication and great tips.

We had everything we needed for our stay at Giovanni's place, fully equipped kitchen, clean and big apartment. The place is ideal if you want to escape the crowds. And Giovanni is a welcoming host.

We had a nice time at Melina's place as a group of friends, of 3 people. We were able to reach the address easily by rental car. Without a car and in hot temperatures, the steep ascent/descent is certainly a bit challenging. We had a very early flight and were even able to get into the apartment much earlier thanks to Melina's flexibility. It would be important to mention that Melina really only speaks Italian and the check-in was a bit quick, but we understood basic information thanks to English notes. The apartment is a little out of the ordinary but fine and we got along well. Melina was always quickly available for questions and sent us a few addresses for restaurants and excursion destinations at the beginning. When checking out independently, it should be noted that the entrance gate has to be opened with the key beforehand, we had locked ourselves in the yard in the early morning hours.

Everything was as expected, except for the photos of the pool that were not up to date. Being the current pool much better than the one published

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Gianni and his wife were extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment is wonderfully and authentically furnished. The kitchen offers everything you will need. The bathroom was clean and the bed in the bedroom very comfortable. The place and the street were wonderfully quiet at the end of September and you could relax very well. All in all, a perfect starting point to discover the east coast of Sicily. Highly recommend!

Our family (2 adults/2 children) enjoyed a wonderful stay here in April. It is a well-equipped and good sized property with everything we needed. It is well located on the coastal road: a few minutes drive (or 20 minutes steep walk) to Taormina and also from the beaches/Isola Bella. Communication with the host was good and the building manager was very helpful with our arrival.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

We had a great week. The property is a perfect base for excursions to Mount Etna or the Alcantara gorge. The house is beautiful and super well equipped, really everything you need is present. The pool is perfect despite you need a swim cap. The town itself is not special. It's like taking a time trip 70 years back in time. There is a lot of empty and closed. We only went here to the Pizzaria (Orso), which has great pizza's. Fortunately, there is plenty to do in Taormina, so it is not a loss.

Due to our short-term cancellation of another accommodation, I wrote a message to Riccardo to ask if moving in within 3 hours would be possible - so we got to the wonderful Stefania! When we arrived we were warmly welcomed, the apartment was handed over to us immaculately and with all the information. We felt very comfortable as 3 women in the accommodation. The amenities were perfectly designed for relaxing afternoons on the roof terrace or cooking together. The rooms were all very spacious and gently decorated, we quickly felt "at home" - The bedroom on the living room side can get a little noisy at night due to the main road and the motorcycles, but heavy sleepers should have no problems - and it was my absolute favorite room due to the high ceiling and the chandelier. I would always choose to stay again 🩷

Cozy apartment, very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Good recommendations from Salvatore who was also very responsive and flexible. We could drop luggage off early before the apartment was ready which was super convenient.

Andrea is very kind and available! The house is easy to live in and wonderfully located in front of the sea.

I stayed at the apartment for quite some time (~a month) and can confirm it is a lovely space to stay in! True to the listing - you have (almost) everything you need, and the hosts live right downstairs if you do end up needing anything. The view from both balconies is beautiful, with areas with both shade and sun and plenty of seating. The immediate surroundings are fairly quiet, although I admit I stayed there before the high season. There's a limited amount of shops/restaurants in quick walking distance - there is much more on offer in the city. Anything in the center of Giarre/Riposto is at least a 25/30 min walk away, but most of that is along the lovely seaside! I don't drive myself, but it seems it is a much easier way to get around both the town/the island. The train station is pretty well connected though - about 20 minutes to either Catania or Taormina. All in all, I am happy to have been hosted by Orazio & Giusy - very kind and helpful hosts to go with a very nice apartment

Wonderful location and a pristine accommodation

Very nice, small apartment with a dream view from the balcony over the small harbor. Modern, very tastefully decorated and well equipped (dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, etc.) Nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You are in a village environment and yet not too far from the center of Catania. However, it is not so easy to get there by bus, because the one line 534 to the city center only runs very rarely. However, there is a train station "Picanello" 7 minutes' walk away, where a train runs to the central station (and usually further to the airport) about every half hour. If Mario had told me that beforehand, I could have saved myself the 50 euros for the taxi... But that's the only thing I have to complain about at this place!

This is a beautiful, modern 10th floor apartment. It is clean and very comfortable. There are two balconies, one with a view of the ocean, the other a view of Mt. Etna. Dedicated parking inside a locked compound. It’s a short walk to the waterfront. The nearest beaches are mostly volcanic boulders. For a truly sandy beach you will need to drive about 7 km. Most of the communication was with Francesca’s father, Mike. He was very responsive and helpful. There is a small park near the water at the end of the street. It’s a nice place to take a stroll and grab a gelato or panino. Would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing property, very clean and spacious with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Angelo and Maria are great, super friendly hosts, they helped me a lot with advice and directions. I fell in love with this beautiful village - so peaceful and attractive! I highly recommend this property as your holiday accommodation- I would love to come back in future! ♥️
