Über eine offene Treppe gelangt man in die helle Wohnung im Obergeschoss des Hauses. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Oberneuland, die nach 250 m auf den Fernradwanderweg von Bremen nach Hamburg führt. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus mit einer Wanderung oder einer Fahrradtour in die fantastische Wümme-Niederung beginnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe (ca.800m), die Bushaltestelle liegt am Ende der Straße und der Bahnhof Oberneuland ist nah. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze.

From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.
