We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. We had a wonderful weekend in abersoch the place was just perfect , two couples enjoyed a great time, it was home from home , lovely garden , great views perfect location , quiet yet close enough to the village to walk everywhere. Loved it . Highly recommend

Ellie is the most fantastic host. She was so responsive and friendly if we had any queries. She sent a list of recommendations for places to eat that was all incredible… the potted lobster is not to be missed. The house is unbelievable. The pictures don’t do it justice to how beautiful it is. The view is breathtaking taking. We opened the window in the morning to listen to the waves lapping. You couldn’t get a better location. Inside the house is stunning and kept fresh and clean. It’s really big so plenty of room for big families. There’s a fire for our unpredictable weather, that made cosy nights in so lovely. The out door space is perfect for sunny days and evenings. The beds are lovely and comfortable. I honestly don’t think you could have anything but a superb time at Ellie’s air b&b. I would highly recommend and will definitely be having another holiday here again in the future.

10 of us stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it. Lots of inside space for us all. Just as described. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size and very clean. The outdoor space is great, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. The games room is an incredible bonus feature to this property, couldn’t get bored here. Short drive to Abersoch beach, well worth a trip.

From start to finish our stay was perfect. Relaxing setting for the adults and plenty to do around the area for the children. Our children loved the cows daily visit. The house was spotless with everything you could need. Check in and check out were stress free. Gwen and her husband are friendly and left us to it. Highly recommend for your visit to Wales! A beautifully presented holiday home. Perfect layout for two families to share with everything you need to hand. Very comfortable beds and lively and warm when you needed it to be. Antonia was quick to respond when we had a little hot tub query so we were able to enjoy the bubbles. A great place xxx

We spent an excellent few days in Carol's appartment. It is nicely decorated, well maintained, calm, spacious and light, with many thoughtful touches, such as shower gel, hairdryers and DVDs. The setting, on the seafront, is very beautiful and shops, cafés and restaurants a short walk away. It is also a good base from which to explore this beautiful part of Wales. Carol was very responsive and helpful from the begining and present but unobtrusive during our stay, which left us to feel completely at home in our own space, but also with help or advice on hand should we need it. It is a place I could imagine returning to.

The view of the Menai Strait from the large glass windows is stunning. It is even better in person than any photo can capture. The apartment was clean and well presented and has everything you need, including a handy dishwasher. The location is perfect for exploring Anglesey, North Wales and Snowdonia. Finally, the hosts are incredibly helpful and respond promptly to messages.

We couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating host. Heidi went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Y Lloft is a fabulous place to stay, set in magnificent countryside, with the Mawddach trail easily accessible from the property. Both Fairborne and Barmouth are within easy reach. We hope to stay again at some time in the future.

Stayed for a couple of nights as a family of four and dog. The space worked perfectly for us to spend some quality time together. So close to the beach so ideal with little ones. View from living/ dining room is absolutely stunning. Just looked out at view for hours. Flat up two flight of stairs, so not ideal for those with reduced mobility, but no problem for others. Host response immediately when we had a question.

Gill and Brian are superb hosts. Extremely helpful but never intrusive. The apartment is beautifully appointed and the fixtures and fittings are very high quality. It's a perfect location to explore the whole peninsula. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again soon. Nick & Jane.

Wow what a place. The view from the apartment is beautiful and always something to watch. Lovely to have private access to the beach. Would thoroughly recommend this place. Hope to visit again one day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a STUNNING place. I needed a quiet solo retreat following my 50th birthday and it was perfect. Waking up and going to sleep (sometimes several times a day!) looking at the sea was glorious. Had several baths looking up at the hills and the sky. Even baked some cookies! I left feeling restored. Couple of things I didn’t know, but that don’t reflect on Melinda as a host: - parking is on the road, not on the drive, but I got space directly outside - I could even keep an eye on my car from the bedroom! - there is a bit of a smell (from a neighbour who smokes?) that comes up into the lounge that kept me out of it sometimes - the road is quite busy with cars during the day, so you will mainly hear the sea in the morning and the evening. Rhos is minutes away - I had a couple of fab meals at Fortes. Buses are very easy - I went to Llandudno for the Thurs male voice choir concert at St Johns. Colwyn is an easy walk up the beach. Gorgeous! I’d love to come back.

Second time here, great location and brilliant host with flexible check in / out times

Susan & Peter could not have been more welcoming. Always checking that we had everything we might require and that we were enjoying our stay. Generous amounts of breakfast food provided plus gratis treats and snacks were provided. The apartment had everything...absolutely everything one might need. From sky tv to kitchen utensils of all kinds. From hair dryer to dishwasher. Linen to library. "Perfik."

Chris and Julie were very welcoming, helpful, kind and responsive during our time at their beautiful property. The property is an amazing place, very private and set back off the road right by a fresh water creek, nestled in the hills and surrounded by nature. There is a conscious eco-lodge feel to the place and much has been done to give the place a natural and peaceful feel, including natural bedding and products in a space that has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is great too, with the town of Betws-y-Coed only about 15 minutes away and various Snowdon summit tracks not too far beyond that. A big thank you to Chris & Julie - I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

We had a great stay here, the apartment was perfect for a couples weekend away with our dog and was the ideal base for exploring the outdoors nearby! Perfect size and had everything we needed, very attentive host, nothing was too much trouble.

From start to finish it was the perfect place to stay and Gabrielle and Bill were empathic and responsive, imparting lots of local knowledge as well as providing written details of places to visit, eat, shop, etc, plus lots of leaflets. The apartment was cosy, extremely clean and well provisioned with everything we needed during our stay. It is in an idyllic setting and we had plenty of opportunity to see the red squirrels, woodpeckers and a variety of other small birds in the garden. The views out over the fields towards the sea were fantastic, too, although the immediate vicinity was tranquil. One of the main A roads is only a short drive away to travel around the island. However, it was not necessary to travel more than 5 minutes to see a wonderful range of birdlife in the beautiful Dulas Bay: over 30 oystercatchers, a dozen shelducks and many other sea and local birds. The Port Lynas lighthouse area was another beautiful find. Definitely on our list to return to for another visit!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful period property and cannot fault it. The directions and instructions for access were clear and comprehensive. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped with the most amazing views from both the lounge and bedroom windows. We loved sitting in the beautiful cottage garden and the sun streaming into the kitchen as we ate our evening meal. The location was perfect for walking into town, to the harbour and Borth y Gest. We have stayed in many airbnbs in the UK and France and this is our favourite. We cannot wait to return.

Beautifully situated little space, perfect for exploring Snowdonia! Great views all around, and very pretty sunsets if the weather is good. Great for having some relaxing time off :)

This is the perfect location for a stay in Caernarfon. It's close to the castle amd many shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and would be suitable for a short or long visit. Kathryn was clear with all the instructions and communicated well during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
