++ Very helpful host, very quick to respond ++ had forgotten something in the apartment, within a few minutes the return action was initiated by the host +/- No Wi-Fi in the house, curse and blessings at the same time (must be aware of it) + beautiful apartment, well furnished (with washing machine/coffee maker...) ++ top view of the sea, very relaxing + beautiful large pool ++ Very well maintained area and quiet + nearby villages can be reached quickly + large terrace with table/chairs - No direct access to the beach (car necessary) - certain installations (shower doors, connecting door to the terrace, lamps are very hot > recommended LED, ringing) need a refresh - Ceiling height on the upper floor/staircase partly deep, hit several times your head (1m85)

I can’t recommend Clara’s apartment enough! We are already planning our next trip back! From the stunning views on the terrace, to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, to having a washer/dryer, to the easy and free parking, to the convenient location…this place had everything we were longing for. It was a perfect long wknd in Porto Cervo. Clara was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. :) thank you!!

A cozy stay surrounded by beautiful surroundings, and far enough from city lights to see tons of stars on clear nights (still just a ~15min drive to Olbia, though). The interior matched the pictures very well. Anna Rita was very helpful and responsive, and provided plenty of great recommendations at our request. Just to note, there is a family of several cats/kittens on the property that are very cute and will probably seek your attention at every opportunity :)

If I could give this apartment more than 5 stars I would. The pictures will not do it justice for the balcony view that greets you upon arrival. The location is so stunning, the hosts are very helpful and informative and one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed. The apartment has everything you need and just a few steps from the beach. We had a lovely stay at Golfo Aranci on Giovanni’s house. He was super responsive and kind with us, making our experience even better. The house matches exactly the description and the location is perfect. Having the parking available makes total difference, house with a lot of amenities and with very comfortable furniture. We definitely recommend, thank you very much!

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Fiorella is a great and super friendly and warm host. Even if she doesn't speak English, you can communicate well with her. At check-in, her friend Laura welcomed us, who speaks great English and also gave us great recommendations in the area. The location of the apartment is really great and right on the beach. A parking space is available right outside the front door. A supermarket is not far away. What could possibly be modernized is the bed frame and the mattress. The freezer compartment door had to be replaced because the handle was broken. The shower hose should also be checked, as water splashes out of the wall there. Otherwise, everything was great and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. Thank you Fiorella for the wonderful time we had with you. We will be happy to come back.

Loved our stay in Sardinia, great villa especially after booking fairly last minute. Host was great, sent loads of good recommendations. Location is quite remote with not loads around so would recommend a car.

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

Had a brilliant stay! The place was modern, clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. It was right next to a small beach and a few others within walking distance. The main town and nightlife were about 20 mins away by walking, but didn’t feel long due to the beautiful surroundings. Would definitely come back!

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Our stay was amazing. The house is fully equipped and everything is very neat. Sara was very loving and attentive. We had an amazing time, we hope to be able to return.

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Nice place fully stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay with responsive helpful host in a nice walkable location in Palau.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Third time in Sardinia and this was our favorite stay yet! An oasis

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas
