This is a very special place entirely surrounded by gentle rolling hills, with views across expansive countryside. It has been beautifully designed and arranged as a quality destination. The rooms and common areas are very comfortable, clean, cool (with air con if required) with beautiful linen and enormous beds. If peace and quiet, and only the sound of birds is the atmosphere you're after, this is every bit and more than described. Michele and Marco were very welcoming, helpful and charming. The house staff were also fantastic. Although the restaurant wasn't open during our stay, we are sure the food would be superb. Instead we were recommended some excellent local restaurants within a few miles drive. Being so close to Perugia and its airport, we are sure to be back for some more clean pure air and wonderful hospitality.

I can say enough about his beautiful Airbnb. My husband and I stayed for four nights, and Alistair and Maria were the most gracious hosts. From start to finish we felt welcomed and cared for, and the cottage itself - not to mention the grounds - was simply gorgeous. Nestled in the little town of Macciano, the cottage has great proximity to so many beautiful towns, attractions, and restaurants. We took multiple little day trips and were able to cover a lot of ground, and still be home in time for a dip in the pool and a glass of Prosecco with our charming hosts. Maria even offered to cook with me one night, and I had the opportunity to learn about the local fare, all lovingly made from scratch by Maria. This is a very, very special place filled with beauty and tranquility. We can't wait to go back!!

Immaculate flat with 3 big bedrooms and a huge kitchen/living space. V quiet surroundings. Beautiful garden with a small pool which is nice for cooling off. Judith, Fabrizio and their two children are wonderful hosts, but never intrusive. It is a bit of a bumpy track to reach the house but fine with a standard family car. Easy to reach many Umbrian towns including Assisi and lake Trasimeno (we enjoyed kayaking). We also enjoyed the local water park.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Anna è stata estremamente gentile e precisa fin dal primo contatto, fornendoci tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro e puntuale. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Cinzia, una persona squisita che ci ha fatto fare il giro della casa e ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos della città: silenziosa, immersa nel verde e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è la totale accoglienza verso gli animali: i nostri cuccioli si sono goduti il giardino completamente recintato in totale sicurezza e libertà, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole per tutta la famiglia. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Grazie ancora ad Anna e Cinzia!

Rikke en Lorenzo zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. zo kregen wij een gratis toer door het kasteel en wijnkelder met proeverij. mooi om de passie en de familie geschiedenis te ontvangen. De omgeving, het prachtige verblijf met mooi zwembad staan in ons geheugen gegrift. een echte aanrader voor wie van rust houdt en Umbrie wil verkennen!

Bellissimo appartamento comodo e disposto di tutti i comfort. Eravamo un gruppo di motociclisti in viaggio e siamo stati molto bene. Tiziano ci ha accolti alla grande fornendoci tutto il necessario per il soggiorno e consigli utili per la cena. Inoltre è stato gentilissimo ad aiutarci a riparare una moto alla nostra partenza. Consigliatissimo, Grazie ancora Tiziano!!

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) hatten einen tollen Sommerurlaub in Rudolfos Villa! Alles wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig, toller Pool, Tischtennis und auch sonst alles, was man so im Urlaub braucht. Ausflüge nach San Marino, Perugia und Assisi … alles herrlich, aber am tollsten war das Chillen im Garten! Rudolfo, sein Sohn und sein Team vor Ort waren super hilfsbereit! Extra Empfehlung: Pizzaabend mit Rita!

Barbara's farmhouse was a delightful retreat. Cozy and quiet, it is situated in a beautiful area that offers stunning views and serene surroundings. Barbara was incredibly helpful during our stay, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. We would love to return in the future.
