Excellent stay. Wonderful location a little removed from all the noise and commotion, but still walkable to everything. The water-door is a very cool feature. It was very nice to have two sinks and toilets for a family of 4. Only negative is the sofa bed. It is very basic and if you had to sleep on it for several nights that would be tough.

Such a Beautiful Apartment in a lovely location, Our hosts were so lovely and made sure everything was perfect for us. They even gave us a later check out ! Definitely would love to visit this Apartment again !! 😃

Ivan was an amazing host. Had everything we needed for the night stay. 3 rooms for my clan of 7. kitchen was cramped but the bedrooms were nice. the bathrooms were a little cramped as well but we made do. everyone had plenty of space. he even had coffee tea and treats for the kids!!! the showers even had shampoo conditioner and soap!!! when we're back in Venice we will be staying again! the kids didn't want to leave and head to Florence.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Venise. Le logement est très propre, parfaitement situé, et vraiment bien équipé, il dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse, ce qui est très pratique. L’arrêt de bus pour se rendre à Venise est à une minute à pied, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements. L’hôte a été toujours disponible, très gentil et extrêmement flexible, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter Venise dans les meilleures conditions !

L'appartement est hyper bien placé, la décoration est top. La vue sur le canal est géniale. L'arrivée autonome est un plus surtout en arrivant dans la nuit. Si vous prenez un taxi, il vous pose devant la porte. Les petites attentions sont très agréables, je pense qu 'il ne manque rien, il y a tout en équipement : lave linge séchant, climatisation, parapluie et cape de pluie... si je reviens à Venise, c'est sur je choisirai cet appartement.

Wonderful stay at the riverside suite. Our bus was delayed , yet the host was kind enough to wait up late for us and show us around past check in time. It was the nicest apartment we have stayed in, over our 9 days travelling throughout Italy. The pool is about a 20 minute walk away, but has plenty of loungers and is very clean.

Great stay. Super well located, near everything but in a peaceful surrounding, away from the intense activity of the center. We loved the place, very well decorated. Mirco provided lots of local recommendations, very useful. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggsge before check in. We loved it!

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Alessandro is an excellent host - friendly, a good communicator with plenty of local tips. The apartment was wonderful - the air con was much needed and he thoughtfully provided water, juice and everything we needed for breakfast. Would totally recommend!

Muchísimas gracias por la casa de verdad muy linda limpia y sobre todo tranquila 100% recomendada , tiene de todo para que la estadía saliera perfecta quizás una mesa y sillas en la entrada para poder disfrutar la noche , pero si gustas del campo y la tranquilidad es ideal las camas cómodas las almohadas buenas y si buscas viajar a Venecia está cerca en coche . Such a great AirBnb experience! The location was in a central area and exactly what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and the management so helpful! They helped arranged our transportation to and from the condo which took a lot of stress off on me to figure out transfers! Highly recommend!

Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Monica was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. She left us a lovely welcome gift and plenty of snacks and beverages. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. During our stay we visited Venice, Bolzano, Belluno, Asolo, Vichenza and Padua. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay! Thanks Monica!
