My parents stayed in Astrid and Thomas' apartment for a weekend. I told them that my parents were a little tech-phobic, and that I was in charge of the booking. They were super sweet to accommodate - after a call to my parents, they were so sweet to keep in touch with them in parallel via text. The apartment was nice and easy to find thanks to the hosts' fine instructions, the home was clean and really cozy. It had everything you need for a weekend stay, and then the host couple made it clear that we could call/write, should there be the slightest, which made the whole stay safe and effortless. My parents are very keen to come again another time - and the apartment is clearly recommendable if you are visiting Aarhus and would like to stay close to the city with restaurants, shopping and sights within reach, without being bothered by noise from weekend parties.

An extraordinary place to stay in a great location. We had a four-day regatta at the sailing center and this allowed for a short (3-minute) walk each day to our boat. The apartment itself is spotless, with carefully selected art throughout. All the furniture was comfortable, yet stylish. Highly recommended.

Jakob was extremely friendly and helpful from before arrival to the end of the stay. Everything was super clean and comfortable and it was easy to feel right at home from the start. The location is ideal - right on the canal walking trail and across the street from amenities - and yet so quiet and peaceful. And of course the great view to enjoy on the roomy balcony (especially at sunrise!). Definitely recommend Jakob's place to anyone visiting Aarhus. Mange tak!

The apartment in Risskonv has many advantages, easily accessible, very quiet yet centrally located, shopping just around the corner, a spacious park just behind the house, close to the beach and finally the good accessibility of the wonderful city of Aarhus, which you must have seen. The amenities are perfect, everything is clean and you feel right at home. Staying in Lone's apartment can be recommended without restrictions.

Everything is really great with Karen Marie and Lars Erik! The house is very tasteful, absolutely "hyggelig" and functionally furnished. The terrace offers 360 degrees of sun access. The area is suitable for both exploring and relaxing. The kitchen is as well equipped as we have never seen before. Communication with the hosts is very nice and accommodating.

We had a great week in Jakob's vacation home. The house is very well equipped and comfortably furnished with plenty of space in the living room and garden. The sea is only a few minutes' walk away. A beautiful beach can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.

We had a wonderful stay. A really great house, very stylishly decorated. The overall communication worked very well and we felt very comfortable until the end. The house is very quiet and close to the water. Walks and bathing (ice bathing in winter) are possible. If you want a little variety, Aarhus is nearby. A great alternative to Copenhagen with an excellent contemporary art museum. Absolute highlight on vacation: Sally and knives (the cats). Thank you very much for everything, we will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at Sofie's house. It's well decorated and really nice to be in. Cozy colors. Sofie has been an exemplary host. Everything was in order and the communication was right in the closet. Huge recommendation from here - I definitely hope that the house is available the next time we are going to Aarhus!

Can't beat the location if you are looking for a beautiful environment near the sea. Lovely home to relax and enjoy the scenery. Ingrid and her husband were responsive to our needs.

Had a single night and everything was as expected. Birgit was flexible with check-in, helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend the place if you like quiet and natural surroundings.

I really enjoyed staying with Carolina. Super cozy and nice little "tiny house" with everything you need, and in a nice quiet area. I slept beautifully on the sofa bed with a top mattress on. Carolina gave good and clear instructions, and I quickly felt at home. Would love to come again 😊

Really nice apartment, really nice place to come back to. Had everything I needed. All the main sites are easy to reach by walking. I had to use the buses and trams every day and this apartment is really well located for those plus the the apps here make them easy to use. The apartment is on a really interesting street which is another plus. There can be some street noise but that dies away most nights shortly after 10pm. I was there when it was warm so the windows were open but even on Friday night it was quiet by about 11. If the windows are closed I don't think you would notice.

A beautiful located apartment in Arhus Ø with a wonderful view into the bay. The beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped, the living room is spacious and the balcony great. A bakery is 3 minutes away and enough choice of restaurants close by. You can walk into the city center in 10-15 minutes. Henrik explains everything well and reacts fast. A plus for us was the underground parking space. Would enjoy coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Stine’s apartment. From the beginning, Stine was very warm and welcoming. Communication from reservation to check-out was prompt and easy. The apartment is spacious but cosy - real Danish hygge! The kitchen was well designed and well appointed (we loved the nespresso machine!); the bed quite comfortable; and the living room light and cheery. And the location - perfect! About a 15 minute walk from the train station, Stine’s apartment is in a charming neighborhood where we walked not only to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores, but also to museums and the harbor. Additionally, the bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk which enabled us to explore Århus beyond the center city. In short, great host, great apartment, great location! Five stars, without a doubt!

It’s a bit expensive for what you get. The apartment it’s in a nice area, but the noise from the other floors is too much. Also, the bed is a bit too small for 2 people.

This was a really well- equipped flat and was clearly the owner’s homely home not just a rental: there were lots of personal photos, books, binoculars etc. The temperature was always just right. It was amazing to stay in one of the most-coveted waterfront positions in such an iconic architectural complex. The view of the harbour from the flat was mesmerising-so much was happening including huge container ships being piloted in, herons hunting in the rocks, seals bobbing by …. Special mention must go to the sparrows who regularly checked in on the balcony! Aarhus is a very intriguing city with lots to explore, we wished we had a longer stay than just 3 nights.
