A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

My 65 sqm apartment is located in Frederiksbjerg. A few steps from beautiful cafes and restaurants on Jægergårdsgade, the food market on Ingerslev, within walking distance of Strøget and Åen, close to water and forest. A large living room with sofa and dining table, and a quiet bedroom with closet space. The balcony has full sun from about 1 pm - 8 pm with a daybed, dining table and barbecue. Welcome to a lovely two-room apartment in a charming older townhouse - centrally located in Frederiksbjerg. There are cafes and shops just around the corner, and 10 minutes to the train station. The apartment consists of a bright south-facing kitchen-living room, dining area and sofa corner. Record players and games can be borrowed as long as they are taken good care of! From here, it’s just a 10-minute walk through the Botanical Garden to Den Gamle By (The Old Town) and the Greenhouses, and 25 minutes on foot to the city center. It’s also close to Aarhus University and several grocery stores. Nearby buses will take you to the city center, the forest, or the beach.
