In the bright kitchen and spacious kitchen/dining area, you and your friends/family can prepare and enjoy a good dinner. You can also go out on the terrace and enjoy the nice days and evenings. On the 2nd floor, there is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. And one more room with a double bed. There is a large living room with a 75" TV. 1 km down to the city center, where there are several restaurants and good shopping opportunities.

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

New kitchen in the year 2025😊 The log cabin is well hidden off the road between the trees right next to the Poulstrup Lake area. Right outside the door there are marked hiking trails, and close to MTB tracks as well as riding trails. Possibility of grass paddocks for horses within 1 km. Ørnhøj Golf Club is only 8 km away and 20 km to Rold Skov Golf Club.
